We are looking for a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Excellence, to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to the Head of Manufacturing and will be based in Fremont, CA. This is a fully on-site, in office role 5 days a week. Role and Responsibilities: Operational modeling: Create and maintain accurate models for capacity, wip, labor, consumables and any other input to our manufacturing lines. Reporting: Collect data coming from the manufacturing floor and translate it into actionable and informative dashboards that can be used to both drive daily operations as well as informing the company’s C-suite Strategic Leadership: Identify the biggest levers to impact output, cost and working capital depending on the company’s priorities. Translate them to projects that can be executed by the manufacturing team under the guidance of the program management team. Cross-Functional Influence: Drive collaboration between Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Facilities to ensure seamless execution of operational improvements. Risk Mitigation: Identify and proactively address operational, technical, and regulatory risks to safeguard business continuity. Skills and Experience: Overall: Energetic and passionate about moving the factory forward using a data driven approach Education: Bachelor’s degree required Experience: 8+ years in a relevant role in a highly automated and high-throughput Manufacturing environment. Technical Expertise: Strong analytical mindset and passionate about factory physics. Hands-on experience with SQL and factory simulations software is a plus. This is a fully on-site, in office role.
