Deliver insightful analysis and report on metrics such as CAC, LTV, sales productivity, pipeline conversion, and marketing ROI, presenting findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, including the CFO. Sophisticated Modeling: Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic initiatives, including but not limited to new market entry analysis, sales compensation plan design, pricing strategy, and headcount investment analysis. Executive Collaboration: Prepare and present executive-level presentations for business reviews (QBRs), board meetings, and other leadership forums, clearly communicating financial results and strategic outlook. Process Improvement: Identify and lead initiatives to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and automation of GTM financial reporting and planning processes to scale with the company's growth. Provide strategic guidance to Senior Leadership to help facilitate trade-offs What You'll Bring: BA/BS degree in finance, accounting or related field required Candidate should have at least 12+ years of finance and analytical experience Related experience in sales operations and finance in a tech industry, ideally SaaS or software, is ideal Ability to effectively communicate and present information: one on one, small groups, functional leaders, executive management, clients, and other employees of the organization Strong knowledge of financial planning and forecasting, financial and management reporting, process and systems and business process best practices. Must be comfortable working in a high pace environment, be able to multi-task, and have a hands-on attitude.
