You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI models and algorithms that directly impact our customer experience and operational efficiency. This role demands a strong understanding of machine learning principles, software development best practices, and a passion for creating innovative solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers, to deliver cutting-edge AI features that drive BizzyCar's growth. Responsibilities Develop and Implement AI Models: Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for various applications, including customer interaction, predictive analytics, and process automation. Enhance Existing AI Toolset: Improve the performance, accuracy, and scalability of our existing AI algorithms and models, measure performance and maintain models. Consumer Interaction AI Development: Create and refine AI solutions that enhance customer engagement, such as chatbots, personalized recommendations, and sentiment analysis tools. Data Analysis and Preprocessing: Extract, clean, and preprocess large datasets for model training and evaluation, ensuring data quality and integrity. Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to define requirements, communicate progress, and deliver high-quality AI solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in AI/machine learning development, with a focus on consumer-facing communication solutions. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with machine learning libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. Experience with natural language processing (NLP), conversational AI, or related technologies. Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain highly reusable Ruby on Rails / Node.js code. Own the vertical; identify areas for improvement, measure stability, monitor for bugs, and be proactive.
