Lead and support logistics operations, investigate shipment deviations, and foster continuous improvement at the local station. | Proven experience in logistics or supply chain roles, customer care skills, ability to manage changing priorities, and experience in a fast-paced environment. | The Logistics Supervisor will act as an operational and administrative lead at the local station level, developing and empowering the Logistics Operations Team to drive performance and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. The Logistics Supervisor will also support the Logistics Manager in investigating shipment deviations, root cause analysis, CAPA design, cost reductions and process improvement, using operational intelligence compiled from Biocair’s proprietary transportation management system iCair and from customer interactions. Responsibilities will include: Validate and authorize shipment design solutions entered in transportation management system Act as second escalation contact for shipment deviations and issue resolution Manage workflow and assign support tickets to optimize team resources and avoid unequal distribution of shipment volumes Facilitate weekly team meetings to discuss current challenges, recognize performance, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement Investigate Non-Conformance Reports and perform root-cause analysis Record details regarding shipment deviations and supplier non-conformance in transport management system Identify and capture all exception expenses incurred in operations and in shipment deviations, ensuring full transparency and appropriate cost allocation Our company values matter, and guide all that we do each day.
