This is not a reporting-only role — it is a high-impact position at the intersection of data, strategy, and revenue execution. You will own the design and delivery of executive-ready insights across the full GTM spectrum (pipeline, bookings, forecasting, and sales productivity). You will build the dashboards that drive decision-making, shape the narratives presented to senior leadership, and partner directly with Sales leaders to improve revenue outcomes. Enable GTM Decision-Making Act as a thought partner on critical GTM initiatives, including channel strategy. Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations. Build scalable reporting frameworks to support New Logo and Expansion motions. Improve Data Quality & Process Rigor Identify gaps in CRM hygiene and reporting logic; recommend process improvements. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to ensure data integrity. Help define and document key metric definitions and reporting standards. What You’ll Bring: 5–7+ years of experience in data analytics, revenue operations, business intelligence, or related roles (preferably in B2B SaaS). Advanced proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and CRM systems (Salesforce). Experience with revenue tools such as Clari and Gong strongly preferred. Strong SQL skills and comfort working directly with data models and large datasets. Demonstrated ability to build executive-level dashboards and board-ready reporting. Deep understanding of SaaS revenue metrics (ARR, pipeline coverage, conversion rates, CAC, expansion, churn, forecast accuracy). Ability to move beyond reporting to diagnosing root causes and recommending action. Exceptional ability to synthesize complex analysis into concise, compelling narratives. The expected base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $135,000 annually.
