About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst (BA) with strong healthcare domain expertise and experience in Epic Integration, SIP/Voice Telephony, IVR/Voice Agents, and Active Directory. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure seamless integration of healthcare systems, effective voice solutions, and secure identity management. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Support Epic EHR integration projects, including workflows, interfaces, and interoperability requirements. Work on SIP/Voice Telephony and IVR/Voice Agent systems, ensuring alignment with healthcare communication needs. Coordinate with infrastructure and security teams on Active Directory integration, access control, and identity management. Translate business needs into functional specifications, process flows, and technical requirements for development and testing teams. Facilitate requirement workshops, gap analysis, and solution design discussions. Support system testing, UAT, and validation processes to ensure solutions meet business and compliance needs. Prepare business and technical documentation (BRD, FRD, user guides, workflow diagrams). Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred). 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare projects. Strong knowledge of Epic EHR Integration workflows and healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR). Exposure to SIP/Voice Telephony and IVR/Voice Agent systems (Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, etc.). Experience with Active Directory integration, role-based access, and identity lifecycle management. Familiarity with healthcare regulatory compliance (HIPAA, PHI, data security). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work in cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills Understanding of cloud-based healthcare solutions (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Knowledge of contact center solutions in healthcare. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Technical Looker Consultant with strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to support analytics and reporting initiatives for a leading healthcare company. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and optimizing Looker dashboards, data models, and healthcare analytics solutions, ensuring compliance with healthcare data standards. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy Looker dashboards, data models, and visualizations for healthcare data analytics. • Work closely with business stakeholders to translate healthcare domain requirements into scalable BI solutions. • Optimize Looker data models and explore LookML for performance and maintainability. • Integrate Looker with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, etc.). • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulatory standards in data handling and reporting. • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and clinicians to deliver actionable insights from clinical, operational, and financial healthcare data. • Provide end-user training and support for Looker dashboards and reporting. • Troubleshoot performance and data quality issues in Looker and GCP environments. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field. • 3–6 years of experience in BI/Analytics with at least 2+ years of Looker development. • Proven expertise with LookML and Looker administration. • Strong experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially BigQuery. • Healthcare domain experience is highly preferred (EHR, claims data, clinical data, HL7, FHIR standards, etc.). • Proficiency in SQL and performance tuning on large healthcare datasets. • Familiarity with ETL pipelines, data warehousing, and healthcare data governance. • Strong communication skills to work with clinical and business stakeholders. Nice-to-Have • Knowledge of FHIR/HL7 data models, healthcare interoperability standards. • Experience with HIPAA-compliant data handling. • Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics. • Experience with data visualization best practices in healthcare reporting.
