The Associate - Production Operations, will work with Production and Operations Leadership to deliver process improvements, evaluate metrics and data, upskill the production network, and manage projects to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Berkadia’s Production support platform. The Senior Financial Business Analyst (SFBA) will be responsible for coordinating the project activity associated with developing templates for multiple stakeholders at the Company, including but not limited to mortgage banking, underwriting, and investment sales. The SFBA will work closely with the Global Production Operations (GPO) Excel team to ensure templates, checklists, and user guides are timely and accurately updated. In addition, the SFBA will work with the Production Operations team to complete projects and analysis related to the GPO, Marketing and Research Center (MaRC) and corporate Marketing teams.
