Manage and organize accounts payable tasks, lead the AP team, provide progress updates, and strategize data cleanup in a healthcare setting using PeopleSoft. | 8+ years AP experience with 5+ years supervisory role, PeopleSoft proficiency, healthcare regulatory knowledge including HIPAA, strong leadership and communication skills, and a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred. | Client is in need of an experienced Accounts Payable Manager who has experience with PeopleSoft an a Healthcare setting to help the client with Task orchestration. The Resource would have: 1. - In depth knowledge of AP 2. - Good understanding of PeopleSoft (if they know WD, it is an added advantage) 3. - Organize task and work with the Accounts Payable team to drive it to completion 4. - Help organize day to day activities 5. - Provide updates to leadership on progress and blockers 6. - Help with identifying and strategizing data clean up activities in the AP area The resource must have PeopleSoft Experience, no exceptions. The resource will need to be a strong driver of results. The position is a contract position and remote. They are looking for individuals who are sharp and can communicate extremely well with the Business. The Position is thru December with a possible extension into 2026 The candidate must have: 1. Education • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred). 2. Expereience • 8+ years in accounts payable, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role. • Familiarity with healthcare-specific regulations and payment systems. 3. Skills • Proficiency in a PeopleSoft. • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities. • Knowledge of healthcare billing, vendor compliance, and internal controls. 4. Regulatory Understanding: • Familiarity with healthcare regulations like HIPAA Job Type: Contract Pay: $75.00 - $90.00 per hour Experience: • PeopleSoft Accounts Payable (AP): 7 years (Required) • Accounts Payable Leadership: 5 years (Required) • Project Management: 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
