Job Summary Associate Product Manager – This position supports the Americas Industrial Connectivity Product Manager in managing the growth and lifecycle of product lines for industrial automation. This role collaborates with engineering, supply chain, sales, and marketing teams to ensure that products meet performance, reliability, and market requirements for harsh industrial environments, specifically in the sensor/actuator, power, data, and valve connectivity segments. Where you will make an impact • Becoming an Industrial connectivity expert. • Supporting the Belden sales and pricing teams by answering competitive part cross questions and assisting with competitive pricing analysis. • Assist the Product Manager in developing and maintaining products within the assigned portfolio. • Analyze the market and competitors and provide recommendations on product strategy. • Support with the new product introductions. • Act as a consultant for product technical questions and general product support questions from customer service / sales teams. • Support Marketing resources and Strategic Customer accounts with product guidance. • Work with the business intelligence system to establish common reports and develop an ease of gathering data for the product team. • Provide project support for top partners & customers to advise manufacturing plant material planners and procurement with customer forecasts. • Coordinate with quality teams to address production issues and maintain product availability. What You Will Bring • Education – Bachelor or technical college degree in Business, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering is preferred or a minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar or related field. • Markets – Knowledge of Industrial Connectivity applications. • Required Skills – MS Office programs, written and oral fluency in English.
