Oversee tax planning, compliance, and strategy for small business clients while managing client relationships and supervising tax work. | Bachelor’s degree, CPA certification, 4-5 years taxation experience, prior supervisory experience, and ability to work occasionally onsite. | Beech Valley Solution is assisting our client, a Top 100 CPA firm in the US, with their search for a Small Business Focus Tax Supervisor. The Small Business Focus Tax Supervisor will oversee tax planning, compliance, and strategy for a portfolio of small business clients. A portion of the client base will be in the dental, medical, and veterinary industries. This is a permanent (w-2) opportunity with an ASAP start date. The work can be done remotely but candidates need to be in one of their Ohio locations or in the Gilbert/Phoenix area to be able to occasionally go on site to work with a manager. This role requires a strong focus on relationship management, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their tax concerns, and providing proactive tax advice tailored to their specific needs. The Tax Manager will review tax returns, ensure clients are compliant with tax regulations, and identify opportunities for tax savings. A key part of the role will involve building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, offering personalized guidance, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, ability to review basic bookkeeping work, along with a deep understanding of small business tax laws and strategies. Candidate Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other relevant field required • Masters degree in Accounting/Taxation ideal • 4 – 5 years of prior experience in taxation • Prior supervisory experience • CPA certification #ATX123
