Position overview The Associate Inventory Analyst will support our continuous improvement and operational excellence goals by performing regular inventory counts and system analysis to identify possible discrepancies in inventory quantities and reconcile discovered variances according to the approved policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities • Perform cycle counting by following the approved cycle counting schedule, so that discrepancies are identified and reconciled in timely manner. • Works directly with the Accounting, Procurement, Warehouse, and Manufacturing teams to ensure inventory movements both physical and systematically are correct. • Reconcile discrepancies by analyzing Parata ERP, Salesforce and physical locations. • Follow all relevant operational procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. • Implement and maintain a system of the facts, discrepancies, and issues identified during the cycle counting process and inventory review to maintain accurate records that can be easily retrieved. • Report on discrepancies and reconciliations. • Follow all relevant safety, quality and environmental control procedures and instructions so that personal safety/the safety of others is not jeopardized, and a minimum level of product/service quality and environmental impact can be guaranteed. • Support departmental and company initiatives. • Perform other duties as requested.
