Oversee clinical leadership and program development in home health care services, ensuring quality and compliance. | Requires 10+ years in home care or health services, RN licensure, leadership skills, and familiarity with clinical standards and regulations. | BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Registered Nurse Executive to fill the role of Division Director of Clinical Operations in our Assistive Care (AC) and Assistive Care State Programs (ACSP) practices. This position requires an RN with senior level experience in clinical program development, care service delivery, and outcomes focused clinical excellence. Prior home care experience with home health aide/personal care services for senior clients is strongly preferred. POSITION SUMMARY: Working closely and collaboratively with the Practice President, Regional Directors, and other clinical and operational leaders within the Assistive Care (AC) and Assistive Care State programs (ACSP) practices to oversee clinical leadership in the AC/ACSP practices. Will assist in defining standards and drive execution of high-quality care in accordance with the mission of BAYADA Home Health Care and standards of regulatory and accrediting organizations. Will interface with the Chief Clinical Officer, Chief Nursing Officer and Clinical Standards and Leadership office (CSL) clinical leaders, to define clinical processes and provide effective clinical strategies to promote exceptional outcomes and continued growth. Monitor outcomes and revise plans as needed to ensure continued success. Oversee and participate in clinical consultation and clinical leadership to AC/ACSP service and support offices. Lead the team of AC/ACSP clinical leaders who mentor through supporting, training and promoting professional development and retention of AC/ACSP Clinical Managers (CMs). In collaboration with clinical leaders, identify learning needs and participate in the design of enhanced education for AC/ACSP CMs and home health aides. Direct and support the review, update and develop AC/ACSP clinical policies and best practices as required by accreditation standards, and payor requirements and adhere to BAYADA’s governance process. Ensure that all policies and practices are communicated and implemented in AC/ACSP service offices. Assist and support the design of innovative solutions to recruit, onboard and retain qualified AC/ACSP clinical leaders. Collaborate with the Practice President, Regional Directors and Division Directors to facilitate successor planning of clinical leaders within the AC/ACSP practices. Represent BAYADA AC/ACSP Practices internally and externally to educate and promote advocacy for AC/ACSP services. Oversee and participate in the development, communication, implementation, and management of clinical practice initiatives in conjunction with service, support and business stakeholders. Lead and support the implementation of projects and tasks to drive quality for all AC/ACSP service offices, including but not limited to education and training programs. Collaborate with other practices on clinical initiatives. Maintain productive relationships with AC/ACSP service office teams and support offices. Collaborate on and evaluate metrics specific to AC/ACSP practice. Recommend/implement training for CMs and field staff to improve quality outcomes. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way. • Develop working knowledge of BAYADA’s mission, services, people, organization, policies and procedures. • Lead the planning and execution of enterprise communications across multiple channels and platforms. • Own the strategy and delivery of internal publications, campaigns, and enterprise announcements • Manage the development and execution of brand-led stories from concept through launch, including timelines, shoot logistics, and stakeholder coordination. • Maintain and update the Airtable content calendar to ensure alignment across internal, external, and brand initiatives. • Support key enterprise campaigns such as open enrollment, annual education, and other priority messaging efforts. • Partner with creative, digital, and video teams to develop and distribute content that reflects BAYADA’s values and voice. • Coordinate with practices and service offices to identify clients/caregivers for brand storytelling and manage consent and filming logistics. • Provide strategic messaging guidance to senior leaders, support offices, and operations partners. • Identify and implement improvements to communication tools, workflows, and content lifecycles to improve scale and efficiency. • Ensure all assets are distributed via the appropriate platforms (e.g., BAM, toolkits), with clear access and usage guidance. • Leverage data and analytics to track the effectiveness of communication efforts and adjust strategies accordingly. • Oversee relationships with vendors and offshore support partners for communications-related services. • Train and support colleagues and leaders in strengthening communication effectiveness across the organization. • Demonstrate solid performance or exceed performance standards in key job dimensions/attributes as defined on the Performance Appraisal for Office Staff. • Perform related duties, or as required or requested by supervisor.
