Design and manage data architecture, develop analytics, and create dashboards to support business strategy. | Expertise in SQL, Snowflake, dbt, Python, Tableau, and financial modeling, with 3-5 years of experience in data science or BI. | POSITION SUMMARY: This role is the owner and architect of the entire modern data stack (Snowflake/dbt) from end to end, ensuring our data is clean, standardized, and accessible. Beyond the code, you will partner directly with cross-functional teams to steer the data into informed business strategy, develop insightful Tableau dashboards, and other ad-hoc & financial analysis. * Primary residence must be in the following states: CA, DC, FL, IL, MA, MI, NC, NJ, NY, NV, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX & WA KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Data Architecture & Engineering Own the Stack: Serve as the primary owner of our Snowflake and dbt instances. You will manage data flows, ensuring high availability and performance. Pipeline Development: Set up and maintain API connections to ingest data from key sources (Marketing platforms, Shopify, Booking systems, etc.). Data Modeling: Architect and maintain the integrity of our data warehouse. You will build and optimize Intermediate (INT) and Aggregate (AGG) tables to serve downstream reporting. Quality Assurance: Implement automated testing and data cleaning protocols to ensure "Standardization" across all datasets. If the data breaks, you are the first to know and fix it. 2. Strategic Business & Financial Analysis Revenue Modeling: Partner with Finance to build, maintain, and enhance complex revenue and forecast models. Advanced Analytics: Utilize Python, SQL to run regression and other ad-hoc analyses and case studies to answer critical business questions. Including Real Estate Strategy, Retail/Inventory Strategy, Client Retention, LTV, Behavioral Analysis, etc. Leading Indicators: Proactively identify trends and "leading indicators" of business health rather than just reporting on lagging metrics. 3. Visualization & Stakeholder Partnership Tableau Development: Co-partner on the design and delivery of high-value Tableau dashboards for Support Center and Studio Owners. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Support: Act as the bridge between business units, ensuring data and reporting is being served promptly and accurately. Partnering closely with Retail, Marketing, Digital, and Operations teams. ACCOUNTABILITY AND KPI'S Ensuring all data sources are connected and building a roadmap of future data onboarding. Data Quality Score: Achieve a <5% error rate in downstream Tableau reporting caused by upstream pipeline failures; and continuous QA/QC on existing SQL database logic. Standardization of Retail analytics and assisting inventory management. Delivery of cross-functional Tableau dashboards & reports (based on prioritization and business needs). Insight-to-Action: Deliver quarterly "Deep Dive" case studies (e.g., Retail Inventory optimization or Client Retention) that result in at least one documented strategic pivot or cost-saving measure. SLA on Ad-Hoc Requests: Maintain a 3-day turnaround for high-priority ad-hoc analysis requests while maintaining a centralized, transparent backlog. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in Google Workspace. | POSITION SUMMARY: The People & Office Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the office, providing administrative and logistical support to team members while also providing support for people and culture (HR) functions. This person is a key contributor to a positive workplace culture and plays a vital role in keeping things organized, running smoothly and enjoys a wide range of responsibilities. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Office Administration & Operations Manage and maintain the office environment; ensuring it is clean, organized and well stocked Oversee office equipment, including maintenance and troubleshooting for printers and other technology Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages for all departments Order and track office supplies, snacks, and other amenities, while managing a budget Serve as the primary point of contact for building management, vendors, and service providers Ensure office safety protocols are followed and act as a point of contact for any building security or emergency-related matters. Serve as primary contact for IT needs amongst team members and work closely with our IT representative Manage monthly all company huddle meetings and barre3 newsletter Implement and communicate office policies and procedures People Operations & Team Member Support Assist with team member onboarding and off boarding processes, including setting up workstations, coordinating with IT and managing new hire paperwork Responsible for recruitment process; posting jobs, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens and working alongside hiring manager for a seamless interview process Manage the careers@barre3 emails and reach out to applicants accordingly Benefit and leave administration (no experience required) Serve as a friendly and confidential point of contact for general employee inquiries, directing them to the Director of People & Culture or appropriate resource Assist in planning and executing company events, including happy hours, team-building activities, holiday parties, and other employee engagement initiatives Manage team member personnel records and assist with various HR-related administrative tasks Assist the Director of People & Culture as needed with projects, compliance, communications etc. Assist with creating surveys and compiling information as needed Other administrative duties as assigned 1-3 years of experience in an office management, administrative, or human resources-related role.
