Developing relationships and driving sales with food service distributors and operators, managing broker relationships, launching promotions, and supporting growth in the AFH segment. | 3-7 years of foodservice industry sales experience, managing brokers, and familiarity with various market segments like K-12, C&U, and regional chains. | The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing relationships and driving sales with Food Service Distributors and Operators in the Western United States. This candidate should have a thorough understanding of the Foodservice space, and be able to drive engagement, retention, and new Innovation across the AFH segment. This position will call on Distributors, Independent Restaurants, C&U, Healthcare, K-12, Regional Chains, and Potentially National Accounts. We are looking for a Candidate that will use their experience to build long term relationships to build sales in the AFH segment, manage a broker, launch LTOs, renew and grow contracted business year over year, and hunt for new opportunities and partnerships. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Team to ensure optimal customer experience. • Ownership in developing Objectives-Goals-Plan to deliver top & bottom line AOP. • Help lead cross-functional strategic partnerships to align and leverage Marketing, Supply Chain, RGM and other key departments leveraging a "solution based" selling approach • Cultivate strong relationships with customers and their supply chain network. • Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance • Analyze business trends to develop business growth strategy • Collaborate to understand strategic initiatives in key categories and support the development of new sales for our AFH partners. • Help with sales execution strategies for the AFH channel to drive broker engagement & education for contracted customers. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, including special projects and other duties as assigned and/or required. • Work closely with sales team (brokers) to support our growth with targeted customers in AFH channel. • Develop long-term strategies focused on sustainable growth and adaptability to changing market conditions with our National Account and Regional Chain Partners. • Manage all customer portals to ensure compliance on all legal and regulatory requirements, product information and marketing messaging and content with all partners • Ownership of all RFPs and Bids • Attend tradeshows and represent our brand Barcel USA takes pride in our people-centric culture - We Value the Person is our Core Belief. Key Job Responsibilities: • Work with team to develop and deliver data-driven, digital and cross channel growth and customer engagement tactics strategies for the Omnichannel team. • Monitor and analyze program performance metrics and effectively communicate key findings of programs to sales and other cross-functional teams, proactively addressing gaps and turning analysis into action to help grow the business. • Understand industry trends, customer strategies and retail strategies to help provide input to the omnichannel marketing team to plan the development of annual marketing plans for key retailers, understanding best account vehicle and levers to achieve success. • Co-Manage 3rd party search companies with our omnichannel and customer teams for key retailers to ensure return on ad spend and bids are aligned with overall eCommerce strategy.
