Operate seasoning equipment and support production lines to meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards. | High school diploma or equivalent, ability to operate equipment, follow safety and GMP protocols, and perform physical tasks including lifting. | Responsible for operating the seasoning equipment on the Production Lines within the specified guidelines to meet safety, efficacy, efficiency, and Quality. Perform other duties required by the Supervisor as necessary in order to produce a consistent product in a timely manner that meets all standards set forth by Barcel USA. • Responsible for following all aspects of company safety rules and procedures including helping inform management of any unsafe conditions. • Follow all working guideline instructed by Barcel USA including the 5’s protocol which is based on keeping the working areas clean and organized. • Must be proactive with people safety. • Must operate lines according to specified guidelines to limited amount of waste. • Must keep lines running at specified speeds. • Must keep product seasoned accordingly in specification to avoid customer complaints. • Follow standard operating guidelines for seasoning equipment. • Help the bagger operators in his/her duties: calibrating scales, cleaning scales, changing of products. • Must be able to complete all paperwork according to Barcel USA requirements. • Keep work area, tools and supplies clean, organized and sanitary throughout the work shift. • Learn and be able to perform in all of the other positions associated with the Process System. • Follow all GMP’s and Safety Procedures as outlined by Barcel USA. • Performs other duties as requested by Group Leader. • Flexible on work schedule and Overtime as requested. • Meet the KPI goals set by Management for the line they are responsible for. • Follow the color code guide in order to prevent cross contamination. • Should not be allergic to milk, soy, wheat, or eggs. • other duties as assigned by your supervisor. The Logistics Manager for Supply Chain is responsible for ensuring timely and complete delivery of products to customers by effectively managing the entire order process, from order management and planning to shipping and invoicing. This role oversees inventory balance across BLU Distribution Centers to maximize sales and profitability, maintains data integrity for optimal order strategies, and provides regular status and backorder updates. The Logistics Manager investigates and resolves inventory discrepancies, prioritizes and adjusts inbound orders to meet demand fluctuations, and ensures import orders are fulfilled efficiently. Additionally, the role serves as a key supply chain expert, collaborating closely with Operations, Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. Essential Functions • Ensure On Time In Full deliveries to our customers. • Order Management, close follow up, planning, scheduling, shipping and invoicing. • Responsible to maintain and balance inventory across BLU Distribution Centers to maximize sales and profit goals. • Provide status and backorder feedback daily/weekly as required. • Maintain data integrity to ensure optimal order strategies. Conduct analysis to validate system accuracy. • Investigate root cause of overstocks, out of stocks and implement action plans. • Manage the Order Process flow according to company policies. • Prioritize inbound orders. • Perform necessary changes to Inbound orders to accommodate demand changes and ensure that products arrive on time and in full in the most cost effective and efficient manner. • Follow up of Imports orders fulfillment. • Conduct and provide Supply Chain expertise to Operations, Sales, Customer Service and Marketing during weekly meetings and via standard inventory report.
