This is a Full-Time day shift opportunity. The ideal candidate will be advanced in Excel, SQL, and PowerBI with a strong background in Healthcare; working with managed care contracts and provider reimbursement methodologies. They will quantify payer issues and policies, monitor payer behavior, and provide analytic support during payer negotiations. The Senior Payer Strategy Analyst will conduct ad hoc analysis and modelling, including: proposals and counter-proposals during payor negotiations, modeling new payer rates, validating incoming rate changes from payers. Strong preference for candidates with experience with EPIC. As a Senior Payer Strategy Analyst you will be responsible for: • Modeling reimbursement rates, analyzing payer performance, and delivering financial insights that directly influence contract negotiations and revenue optimization across the health system. • This position requires advanced analytical skills, deep knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies, and proficiency in multiple financial and clinical systems. • The analyst serves as a key advisor to leadership, providing data-driven recommendations that shape payer strategy and financial planning. • Education Note: In lieu of degree requirements, fifteen years of relevant, experience in reimbursement, managed care, contract modeling, policy analysis and data analysis. • Certification Note: EPIC Certifications listed are required within 6 months of hire. The Telecommunication medical assistants work in collaboration with multi-specialty care teams to answer clinical phone calls from patients, family, or outside facilities in a call center environment. Requires performing a range of administrative tasks within a timely manner including triaging calls, resolving call issues pertaining to scheduling appointments, requesting and obtaining medical records, escalating urgent information, proposing orders for diagnostics, proposing lab orders, proposing prescription refills, filling out and sending medical documents, and assisting with email and patient portal communication. Ensures there are no delays in patient care by promptly responding to requests as directed by the care team. Estimated pay range for this position is $19.44 - $25.27 / hour depending on experience. This role is pivotal for delivering healthcare through advanced telehealth solutions after an initial on-site orientation and training period. All shifts are 100% remote, offering a flexible work-from-home schedule. This part-time (0.6 FTE) position includes 24 hours per week, structured in 4-hour shifts available Monday to Friday, between 7 AM and 7 PM.
