Required Education, Experience, & Skills • Must have a Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years’ experience or equivalent experience • Proven experience in designing and implementing onboarding programs and processes • Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage various stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization. • Advanced project management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with and lead cross-functional teams. • Strong understanding of employer branding and its impact on the employee experience • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret survey data and identify areas for improvement. • Experience in developing and implementing retention programs and strategies. • Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a focus on improving the employee experience. • Proactive, Self-Starter with a growth mindset and positive attitude. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills • Experience with onboarding technology and platforms. • Experience managing vendor relationships. • Project management credentials, such as a PMP. • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design. • Experience in designing and implementing offboarding programs. • Experience implementing new HR technology. Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $116419 - $197912 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
