Lead and optimize the company's global digital strategy, manage the website team, drive growth through digital campaigns, and report performance to executives. | 10+ years in digital marketing or growth roles, leadership experience managing digital teams, expertise in SEO/SEM, analytics, CMS, and performance marketing in a global B2B SaaS environment. | We are seeking our new Digital & Growth Director to join the Axway team! We are seeking a dynamic Digital & Growth Director to lead our digital strategy and drive measurable growth across global markets. This role will oversee the company’s website team and be responsible for optimizing our digital presence, enhancing user experience, and delivering measurable pipeline impact through demand generation, content strategy, and digital innovation. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in digital marketing, web strategy, analytics, and growth optimization, with a proven ability to scale digital ecosystems for a global B2B software company. Leadership & Strategy • Own and evolve the company’s global digital strategy, with a focus on growth, lead generation, and customer engagement. • Manage and mentor the website team (design, development, content, UX/UI, SEO, SEM) to deliver a world-class web experience. • Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, and IT to align digital initiatives with business goals. Digital Experience & Website Management • Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of the company’s website to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. • Ensure the website delivers a best-in-class, scalable, and user-friendly experience across global markets. • Oversee SEO/SEM, site architecture, UX, analytics, personalization, and localization strategies. • Lead the Social Media platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement Growth & Performance Marketing • Drive digital demand generation programs that accelerate pipeline growth. • Lead experimentation and testing (A/B, multivariate) to optimize conversion rates and user journeys. • Collaborate on paid media and organic campaigns to maximize ROI and customer acquisition. Data & Insights • Define and monitor KPIs for digital performance, growth initiatives, and website health. • Leverage analytics to drive continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making. • Report results and insights regularly to executive leadership. Qualifications & Experience • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, web strategy, or growth roles, preferably in a global B2B SaaS/software environment. • Strong leadership experience managing high-performing digital/website teams. • Proven track record of driving digital growth through website optimization, digital campaigns, and performance marketing. • Deep knowledge of SEO, SEM, analytics platforms, CMS (e.g., Drupal, WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager), and martech ecosystems. • Experience with conversion rate optimization, personalization, and global digital operations. • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Your expertise and dedication will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, empowering our clients, and shaping the future of the digital landscape. Successful candidates will encompass: Knowledge of Axway’s or industry MFT, API, and Cloud platforms. Sell complex software in a B2B environment in a multi-solution sales cycle. Utilizing existing sales methodology to successfully close deals. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders by building rapport, communicating effectively, and demonstrating a high-level customer centric approach. Responsibilities Leverage existing and cultivate new relationships with current and prospective Axway customers to create new opportunities. Utilize internal and external resources to create and grow an effective sales pipeline. Collaborate with a team of internal stakeholders from frontline employees to C-level executives to drive long sales cycles to successful conclusions. Engage as a partner and professional consultant with external stakeholders from frontline employees to C-level executives, building meaningful relationships and trust. Work with the direct manager to establish and meet sales and performance KPIs including but not limited to; quarterly/annual sales quotas and customer satisfaction metrics. Collaborate with Product, Presales, Services, and Support teams to develop a detailed and comprehensive understanding of Axway’s product suite and professional services. Lead business conversations and presentations to pitch product value to Axway’s customers. Manage and sell to accounts including SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise across different verticals, specializing in Healthcare, Supply Chain, Banking, and the Public Sector. Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing teams to understand customer pain points, opportunities, market trends, and competitors. Utilize Axway University team resources to grow knowledge of the company, product suite, customer infrastructure, industry, and other areas required for professional development. Qualifications Minimum of 7-10 years of direct B2B SaaS enterprise sales experience. Minimum 7 years of full-cycle sales experience. Minimum 5 years of experience selling software MFT or API software solutions. Minimum 5 years of experience selling Managed Cloud software products. Must be able to demonstrate an elevated level of business acumen to customers. Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed annual sales quotas. Experience managing sales cycles that last a minimum of 6 months. Experience supporting customer data migrations (on-prem to the cloud). Ability to see opportunities where others see challenges.
