About This Job The AVP, Relationship Onboarding Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision and oversight of both onshore and offshore staff supporting back-office operations. This role manages critical functions, including new account openings, account maintenance, check deposits, official check printing, and other assigned operational activities. The AVP, Relationship Onboarding Operations Manager will also oversee the quality control (QC) team, ensuring timely identification, remediation, and resolution of processing errors while maintaining adherence to department service level agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate will provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff, contribute hands-on support to account onboarding and processing functions, and act as a key partner with leadership to promote a culture of operational excellence, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
