This role will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, security, and efficiency of our Workday data management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Workday Reporting: o Design, develop, and maintain complex Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics. o Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and convert them into effective Workday reports. o Optimize and enhance existing reports to improve performance and meet evolving business needs. o Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all generated reports. o Provide training and support to end-users on Workday reporting functionalities. 2. Workday Archive and Purge: o Develop and implement strategies for data archiving and purging in the Workday system. o Establish and maintain data retention policies in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. o Perform regular audits of archived and purged data to ensure compliance and data integrity. o Collaborate with IT and compliance teams to develop and execute data archival and purge plans. o Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data archiving and purging. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Workday, with a focus on reporting, data archiving, and purging. Strong proficiency in Workday reporting tools, including advanced, matrix, and composite reports. In-depth understanding of Workday data structures, security, and data management processes. Experience with Workday data archiving and purging best practices and tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Workday certification(s) in Reporting and Data Management is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience in the aerospace and defense industry. Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards. Project management experience.
