Qualifications Experience: Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience aligned to the responsibilities and technical scope of this role. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field; an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered. Demonstrated experience building secure, responsive, and accessible web applications for high-volume users and sensitive workflows. Strong frontend and backend skills, including API integration, state management, performance optimization, and secure session handling. Hands-on experience implementing end-to-end automated testing to reduce regressions and improve release confidence. Proven ability to improve user workflows by reducing friction, error rates, and avoidable support contacts. Ability to ship features end to end in production environments with strong release discipline and operational awareness.
