Leads test strategy development, mentors QA staff, drives test automation frameworks, and serves as functional expert for quality processes. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and test plans • Architect and maintain automated test frameworks (Playwright, TypeScript, Selenium) • Mentor junior QA specialists on processes, standards, and best practices • Lead user story paving and quality process improvement initiatives • Perform code reviews on automation team members' code • Collaborate with development, functional, and government teams on quality • Provide functional expertise and leadership to government stakeholders on quality compliance Compensation The salary range for this position is $110,000 – $155,000 annually, with a target midpoint of $130,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, certifications, and geographic location. Requirements Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field • 7+ years of QA experience with 3+ in senior/lead roles • Strong test automation skills (Playwright, Selenium, or similar) • Active Secret clearance • U.S. citizenship required • Experience with JIRA, test management tools, and CI/CD integration Preferred Qualifications • ISTQB Advanced or Expert certification • Programming skills (TypeScript, Python, Java) • Experience with government procurement/acquisition systems • Section 508/accessibility testing experience

Maintain and support development environment networks, systems, applications, and physical infrastructure with user and security management. | Requires 3+ years system/network administration, Linux and Windows experience, security clearance, US citizenship, and scripting skills. | Description Position Summary Maintains Avum's development environment networks, systems, and applications at the core level. Serves as on-premises system administrator for physical infrastructure and provides technical support for internal tools. Key Responsibilities • Maintain development environment network devices and configurations • Architect, configure, and troubleshoot systems and applications at the core level • Serve as on-premises system administrator for physical infrastructure task • Support internal tools and platform maintenance (Gitea, Redmine, etc.) • Manage user accounts, access provisioning, and endpoint management • Implement and maintain network security policies and monitoring • Support migration projects and infrastructure upgrades Compensation The salary range for this position is $80,000 – $118,000 annually, with a target midpoint of $98,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, certifications, and geographic location.
