We’re seeking someone with a strong visual eye, who excels in turning ideas into compelling creative, and has excellent attention to detail. This role requires a holistic understanding of brand and marketing with the ability to connect creative assets to broader business goals. This designer will work closely with creative and strategy teams to develop a wide range of marketing and brand materials—including emails, promos, paid media, and organic social—while confidently owning projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thinks strategically, collaborates effectively, and consistently delivers thoughtful, high-impact work that drives results. Work • Concept and design marketing campaign assets—including email, paid media, and organic social • Collaborate with internal teams and clients on campaign development • Communicate and present creative concepts to build alignment and move projects forward Challenges • Managing multiple projects at once • Managing details across a lot of moving parts • Operate in a demanding, fast-paced environment Impact • Develop work that has a meaningful and measurable impact • Develop skills with a team in a high-growth environment Thrive • Experience in B2C and B2B is a plus • Effective communicator who can build strong working relationships with clients. Agency experience is a plus. • Solid knowledge of marketing, brand, and design principles and development • High attention to detail • Operate at an elite level • Passion for creativity and design • Passion for technology Experience • 5+ years of experience in graphic design in brand, marketing, and campaign work • B.A. or equivalent in the design field • Proficiency in design software (Figma and Adobe Creative Suite)
