The Product Manager serves as a champion for the customer, leveraging exceptional product instincts, data-driven decision-making, and customer-centric design thinking to deliver world-class solutions. This role is responsible for the discovery, definition, and delivery of features within a specific product vertical of Avetta's flagship SaaS platform, Connect. Reporting to a Senior Product Manager or Director of Product, this role focuses on defining and refining product features, gathering and analyzing customer insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring high-quality products to market. The Product Manager plays a critical role in product discovery, problem prioritization, and feature execution, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and customer needs. This role is well-suited for hands-on product professionals with strong analytical skills, compelling communication skills, customer empathy, and a passion for building scalable, intuitive, and high-impact SaaS solutions. If residing within commutable distance to one of our offices, a hybrid schedule would be requested, (3 days in office, 2 days work from home). ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer-Centric Product Development • Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring all product decisions enhance user experience and solve real customer pain points. • Work closely with UX designers to research, prototype, and validate solutions before implementation. • Lead customer communications related to product enhancements and roadmap, partnering with marketing to drive awareness and adoption of new capabilities. Customer Insights & Product Discovery • Conduct customer interviews, usability tests, and data analysis to gather feedback and validate product assumptions. • Support the Product Leadership in identifying market gaps and emerging trends • Monitor customer usage data and support tickets to identify areas for continuous improvement. • Act as a point of contact for internal teams with product-related inquiries, feature requests, and feedback. Data-Driven Decision Making • Leverage key performance metrics to track the success of product features and inform future enhancements. • Work with data analysts and business intelligence teams to gather insights that inform product refinements. • Drive data-informed product improvements, defining KPIs for product performance and iterating based on measurable outcomes. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with engineering teams to refine feature specifications and ensure technical feasibility. • Partner with UX designers to ensure a customer-centric approach to product development. • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to craft messaging, product positioning, and user documentation. • Present feature updates and backlog progress to internal stakeholders and contribute to roadmap discussions led by senior leadership. • Serve as a subject matter expert for internal teams, providing insights on product capabilities, feature requests, and competitive positioning. • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring product requirements are well understood and executed effectively. IDEAL EXPERIENCE: • 4+ years of enterprise/commercial product management experience, particularly in SaaS and B2B software. • Experience in subscription-based business models • Experience in B2C software in eCommerce or Online Directories is a plus. • Strong background in customer research, product discovery, and problem validation. • Proven ability in managing competing priorities, and driving execution. • Experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment with backlog management tools like Jira and Confluence. • Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering and UX discussions with designers, bridging business needs with practical solutions. • Strong understanding of business metrics, analytics, and reporting tools to drive data-informed decisions. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Experience in B2B SaaS or Compliance/Risk Management software. • Exposure to machine learning, AI-driven insights, or automation in product development. • Background in enterprise third-party integrations, APIs, and cloud-based solutions. • Understanding of user behavior analytics tools (e.g., FullStory, Pendo, Amplitude, Google Analytics). • Experience working in a global market, managing multi-region product requirements. IDEAL EDUCATION & TRAINING: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field. • Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Product Management (PDMA, CSPO, SAFe, Pragmatic Institute, etc.) are a plus. The Global Paid Media Marketing Manager develops and executes Avetta's global media strategy across key digital channels. A proven track record in media strategy and performance analysis is essential. | SUMMARY The Global Paid Media Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing Avetta's global media strategy across key digital channels, including search, display, social, and programmatic advertising. This role will maximize performance by managing media vendors, paid media campaigns, and key performance indicators (KPIs). The role includes setting regional goals, forecasting media spend, and managing a global media budget across multiple regions (NORAM, LATAM, EMEA, APAC). This individual will work cross-functionally with internal marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment and performance optimization. Establish and manage relationships with media vendors, overseeing contract negotiations and securing optimal placements. Own and be accountable for paid media channels, setting clear KPIs such as CTR, CPL, conversion rates, and ROI, and regularly reporting on performance to the VP of Growth Marketing. Set regional media goals and collaborate with regional teams to ensure successful execution. Forecast media performance and spend, optimizing strategies to maximize ROI. Regularly analyze media activity and provide insights and recommendations for improvement. WEBINAR MANAGEMENT & CONTENT REUSE: Purchase and manage webinars from publishers as part of paid media buys. Coordinate with internal teams to repurpose webinar content across multiple formats and channels for maximum impact. Work with Integrated Campaign Managers to integrate webinar content into broader campaign strategies, while executing the paid media portion of those campaigns. Oversee the availability and accessibility of webinar content for marketing stakeholders, ensuring alignment with campaign execution. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COORDINATION: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Campaign Managers, Marketing Ops, Content & Design, Product Marketing, and regional marketing teams, ensuring alignment between media strategy and broader marketing initiatives. Ensure seamless communication and collaboration on campaign goals, messaging, and execution strategies. Clearly communicate media placement needs to internal stakeholders, ensuring timely execution of deliverables. REPORTING & PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS: Track and report on global paid media performance, including campaign effectiveness, CPL, ROI, and attribution modeling to understand media impact on revenue. Measure and analyze sourced MCLs, MQLs, SQLs, and contribution to new business pipeline. Provide insights into regional media performance and recommend optimizations. IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Marketing, with at least 3-5 years managing media vendors and global paid media campaigns. Proven track record in media strategy, vendor management, and performance analysis. Strong ability to set goals, forecast media spend, and analyze ROI. Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo). Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Certifications in digital marketing, paid media, or marketing analytics (preferred). Ongoing professional development in paid media and performance marketing. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with global media planning and budget management.
