Manage and support internal communications and awareness campaigns promoting ethical behavior and compliance topics, collaborating with legal, HR, and communications teams. | 5-10 years experience in communication and awareness program management within ethics, compliance, or legal environments, with strong collaboration and project management skills. | Job Title: Ethics & Compliance/Legal Communication & Awareness Program Manager Remote PST hours Years of experience: 5-10 as a Communication & Awareness Ethics & Compliance/Legal PM Job Description: • Support development and distribution of internal communications and awareness campaigns that promote ethical behavior and reinforce key compliance topics (e.g., data privacy, anti-bribery, conflicts of interest). • Partner with Legal, HR, Corporate Communications, and L&D to align messaging and ensure consistent delivery of training and policy updates across platforms and audiences. • Collaborate with internal communications and branding teams to ensure ethics and compliance messaging is clear, consistent, and engaging. • Support ongoing compliance awareness by helping to identify training needs, coordinate subject matter expert input, and manage content updates. • Maintain project plans, documentation, and stakeholder updates to ensure transparency and accountability. • Contribute to the development and refresh of onboarding content to ensure new employees understand core compliance expectations from day one.
