We service hundreds of customers that rely on us to ensure that the repairs they have completed are safe and that the vehicle will operate as the manufacturer had intended. ATE was founded in 2019 to provide technological and electrical repair expertise in the collision industry that struggles to stay current with the rapidly changing technology in vehicles. Responsibilities Supporting and managing Field Technicians/Technician Leads to maximize productivity and growth Approving and managing all expense and payroll/PTO requests, reports, and submissions Communicating weekly with teams (ATE and Crash Champion) and meeting with individuals, in person/remotely, as needed Training focus, staying up to date on new procedures and technologies, that improve individual and team productivity Develop, foster, and sustain relationships with existing customers Working with business partners to build trust and increase production Assist ATE – Director of Operations in certifying calibration areas Work with Dispatch to continuously improve routes and work assignments Generate and expedite resolution of customer concerns with professional courtesy and appropriate escalation Miscellaneous duties as assigned Qualifications 5+ Years of automotive experience with 2+ Years of managing a high-performance team Strong working knowledge in ADAS and electrical performed services (calibrations, programming, diagnostics, wire/connector repair, etc.) Preference given to those that have prior OEM Automotive Software and ADAS calibration experience Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written Strong technological skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc. The ability to effectively collaborate and manage technicians using remote software (Zoom, Teams, etc.) Ability to solve problems by identifying root causes and researching or testing solutions Independent judgment to handle issues as they arise Energetic, sense of urgency, motivated to produce, passion for the industry, and positive representation of the ATE brand Ability to prioritize and manage workload to reach personal, team, and company goals Continuous learner seeking to develop new skills and expand knowledge for maximum career progression Must show discretion when handling customer, employee, or other confidential information Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and must be able to stand for long periods of time in automotive shop environments Overnight travel required, up to 50% of the time, depending on drivability of assigned market - air travel may be required A safe driving record and a valid Driver’s License required Benefits The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements and annual updates: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Group Life Insurance Disability Insurance 401k Retirement Plan with match Referral Bonus (“Cash From Crash”) 5 Paid Holidays We are committed to providing competitive compensation for this role. JOB PURPOSE: The ATE Manager, Remote Services is a full-time leadership role reporting to the ATE VP, Support Operations. This position oversees the Remote Services Center, ensuring efficient delivery of remote vehicle services that eliminate the need for on-site technician presence. Responsibilities include managing team performance, optimizing processes, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. The role also serves as a subject matter expert in vehicle programming, ADAS, OE scanning, and light diagnostics, leveraging technical expertise and leadership skills to facilitate rapid problem resolution and support overall operational success. Responsibilities • Lead and manage a team of Remote Service Technicians and Leads, fostering a positive, inclusive work environment that promotes motivation, engagement, and productivity. • Provide system and ATE service troubleshooting support as needed in day-to-day operations. • Perform specialized functions as required, including programming, dynamic calibrations, OE scans, and light diagnostics. • Develop and refine Remote Services Center processes to maximize efficiency, organization, and service quality. • Conduct weekly communication cadences to share company updates, departmental productivity results, and performance feedback. • Identify and implement strategies to expand departmental opportunities and build lasting customer trust. • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and performance results. • Perform other duties as assigned.
