This role is ideal for a consulting professional who has successfully led enterprise Data Governance programs, developed market-facing solutions, and helped scale Data Governance capabilities within a consulting organization. This position combines three primary responsibilities: Data Governance Capability & Offering Development Expand and scale Attain's Data Governance service offerings, methodologies, accelerators, intellectual property, and go-to-market solutions. Databricks Partnership & Solution Development Help establish and expand Attain's Databricks ecosystem, develop Data Governance-focused offerings, and identify new revenue opportunities. Client Delivery Leadership Lead enterprise Data Governance engagements and serve as a billable leader delivering strategic client solutions. Key Responsibilities Data Governance Capability & Offering Development * Expand and mature Attain's Data Governance consulting capabilities, including service offerings, methodologies, frameworks, accelerators, templates, reusable intellectual property, and go-to-market solutions. * Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Data Governance capabilities, service offerings, and market positioning. * Support business development efforts by participating in discovery sessions, solution design, proposal development, RFP responses, statements of work, and client presentations. * Identify opportunities to expand client relationships, generate new business, and grow Data Governance-related revenue streams.  * Mentor consultants, architects, analysts, and project teams while helping develop internal capabilities and best practices. Client Delivery & Program Leadership * Lead enterprise Data Governance engagements from strategy through implementation, serving as a trusted advisor to executive, business, and technology stakeholders. * Conduct governance maturity assessments, current-state evaluations, target operating model design, roadmap development, and implementation planning. * Design and implement enterprise Data Governance operating models, including governance frameworks, policies, standards, controls, governance councils, data ownership models, stewardship programs, and accountability structures. * Lead initiatives related to metadata management, data cataloging, data lineage, data quality, master data management, and related governance capabilities. * Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder sessions to drive alignment, adoption, organizational change, and governance program success. * Ensure governance programs align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and enterprise data management strategies. Databricks Partnership & Solution Development * Help establish, strengthen, and expand Attain's Databricks partnership strategy and ecosystem presence. * Leverage industry relationships and partnership networks to identify alliance, business development, and growth opportunities. * Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and maintain a $2M–$3M+ annual Databricks opportunity pipeline and sales target. * Develop Data Governance-focused Databricks solutions and offerings, including governance, metadata, cataloging, lineage, data quality, Unity Catalog, and related Lakehouse governance capabilities. * Advise clients on modern Data Governance architectures and governance enablement within Databricks and cloud-based data platforms. * Collaborate with internal teams and technology partners to develop go-to-market offerings, solution accelerators, and service capabilities. * Support internal training, mentoring, and capability development related to Data Governance and Databricks offerings. Required Qualifications * 10+ years of experience leading enterprise Data Governance initiatives, programs, or consulting engagements. * Demonstrated experience designing and implementing Data Governance operating models, governance frameworks, stewardship programs, policies, standards, metadata management, lineage, and data quality initiatives. Strong understanding of industry frameworks such as DAMA-DMBOK and DCAM is preferred. * Familiarity with Databricks technologies and architectures such as Delta Lake, Spark, PySpark, ETL/ELT frameworks, and Medallion (Bronze/Silver/Gold) architecture patterns. * Experience building, scaling, or leading consulting capabilities, service offerings, solutions, or business functions. * Experience leading client engagements, facilitating executive workshops, and serving as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. * Experience supporting business development efforts, including proposal development, RFP responses, solution design, and client presentations. * Strong understanding of modern cloud data platforms, enterprise data architecture principles, and Lakehouse architecture concepts. * Experience working with Databricks, including governance-related capabilities such as Unity Catalog, solution development, partner ecosystems, or alliance relationships. * Experience with Data Governance technologies such as Collibra, Informatica, Alation, Microsoft Purview, Databricks Unity Catalog, or similar metadata, cataloging, lineage, and data quality platforms. * Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. * Bachelor’s in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, Business, or related field. Preferred Qualifications * Databricks certifications and/or experience working directly with Databricks partnerships and alliance programs. * Experience developing and managing strategic technology partnerships. * Experience with Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud Platform. * Experience leading multidisciplinary consulting teams. The Senior Consultant – Boomi Data Hub Developer is responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and deploying enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Boomi Data Hub. This role will work directly with clients, business stakeholders, data architects, and integration teams to translate business and data requirements into scalable Data Hub solutions. The Senior Consultant will lead the technical configuration of master data domains, matching and survivorship rules, data quality controls, source-system integrations, and synchronization processes. The role requires a combination of hands-on Boomi development experience, strong MDM and data management knowledge, and the ability to lead technical conversations with clients throughout the full implementation lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Design and configure Boomi Data Hub solutions supporting enterprise master data domains such as Customer, Account, Contact, Product, Supplier, Employee, and other business entities. Configure Data Hub models, fields, source systems, repositories, relationships, and data synchronization processes. Develop and configure match rules, duplicate detection, survivorship rules, source ranking, and golden record creation. Define and implement data quality, validation, standardization, and exception-handling rules. Develop Boomi integrations that load, synchronize, and distribute master data between Data Hub and enterprise applications. Create source-to-target mappings and transformation specifications. Work with business and technical stakeholders to identify systems of record, systems of entry, and authoritative sources by attribute. Support data profiling and analysis to identify duplicates, incomplete records, inconsistent values, and other data quality issues. Design processes for data stewardship, exception management, and manual record review. Develop and execute unit testing, integration testing, and defect resolution. Support migration and initial population of master data into Data Hub. Troubleshoot Data Hub and integration processing issues and identify root causes. Experience with customer, account, contact, product, supplier, or constituent master data. Experience with CRM and ERP platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Workday, Oracle, SAP, or similar enterprise applications. Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or Azure. Experience with data governance and data stewardship programs. Experience defining data ownership, authoritative sources, and CRUD responsibilities. Experience with advanced data quality, normalization, enrichment, and address standardization. Experience developing reusable Boomi integration frameworks and components. Experience with Boomi APIs and automated deployment or administration processes. Experience working within Agile delivery teams and tools such as Jira. Experience supporting enterprise data migration or consolidation initiatives. Experience mentoring junior technical resources and coordinating development across onshore and offshore delivery teams. Consulting experience within Higher Education, Nonprofit, Healthcare, or Commercial organizations is preferred. Years of Experience 5+ years of professional experience in data integration, data management, MDM, or related technology consulting. 3+ years of hands-on Boomi development experience preferred. 2+ years of hands-on Boomi Data Hub, Boomi Master Data Hub, or comparable enterprise MDM implementation experience. Demonstrated experience completing at least 2 enterprise MDM/Data Hub implementations through design, development, testing, and deployment is strongly preferred. Certifications Boomi Data Hub certification or current Boomi Data Hub role-based certification/learning path. Boomi Integration certification.
