We specialize in ready-to-deploy AI agents that integrate seamlessly with CRMs, ERPs, and field service systems—helping companies scale without hiring more admins. Our solutions are already changing how construction, field service, and manufacturing firms handle quoting, customer service, and voice-to-text automation. We’re looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR/SDR) to join our team and help us accelerate growth by connecting with decision-makers and creating qualified opportunities for our sales team. What You’ll Do • Research and identify target accounts in our core industries (construction, field service, manufacturing, and B2B services). • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, and cold calling). • Qualify inbound leads and ensure smooth handoff to Account Executives. • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine outreach strategies and messaging. • Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline in our CRM (Pipedrive). • Consistently meet and exceed weekly activity and monthly opportunity creation goals. What We’re Looking For • 1+ year of BDR, SDR, or sales experience preferred (internship or SaaS background a plus). • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. • Curiosity about AI and technology; excited to learn and explain complex solutions simply. • Comfortable with outbound prospecting, handling objections, and building relationships with executives.
