Develop and lead enterprise-wide category strategies that align with corporate objectives, leveraging deep market intelligence, supplier insights, and cross-functional collaboration. Drive strategic sourcing initiatives including RFP/RFQ’s to optimize value. 2. Establish strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring performance excellence through rigorous evaluation, continuous improvement, and strategic negotiations. Lead complex contract development and pricing strategies to support long-term business goals. 3. Conduct advanced market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities. 4. Ensure full compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Champion digital tools and analytics to maintain robust documentation of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance. 5. Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency through innovative sourcing models, supplier consolidation, and process automation. Translate macroeconomic factors (inflation, tariffs, etc.) into actionable supply chain strategies & budget forecasts. 6. Become a strategic partner to internal stakeholders, including Engineering, Operations, and Finance, to align supply chain strategies with business needs and project timelines. Influence decision making through data-driven insights and stakeholder engagement. 7. Lead performance management and reporting for supply chain key performance indicators (KPIs), such as cost savings, supplier performance, and inventory health. 8. Resolve complex supply chain challenges with agility & diplomacy, ensuring continuity of supply and minimal disruption to operations. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Educational/Experience Level: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Masters degree or professional certification (e.g., CPM, CPSM) is preferred. Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain management, or engineering. Communication Skills: Requires the ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships with internal clients as well as supplier representatives. Requires the ability to prepare and give effective professional presentations at all levels of the organization. Requires the ability to communicate, persuade and/or influence internal and/or external customers at all levels on matters of a technical and/or complex nature. Numeric Skills: Must be proficient in commonly used reporting and statistical analysis methods/tools. Requires the ability to perform analyses involving ratios, percentages and simple statistical methods. Computer Skills: Requires advanced knowledge of various software applications for creating spreadsheets, documents, reports, financial analysis and graphics. Requires knowledge of integrated purchasing and inventory control database applications such as Oracle, SAP, etc. Work Conditions: Works in an office environment. May require occasional overnight travel. Physical Demands: Requires occasionally performing activities including, but not limited to, bending, stooping, grasping, reaching, twisting, turning and/or lifting. Oversees existing and newly created organizational development programs including, but not limited to: new employee onboarding, leadership development, culture sustainment, career planning and other professional development programs. 2. Engages in the collaborative design, development, and delivery of leadership and organization development solutions and/or culture sustainment programs. 3. Collaborates with employees at all levels across the enterprise to understand underlying issues and define performance and business objectives. Translates organizational needs and priorities into practical solutions. 4. May work closely with enterprise partners, including but not limited to Human Resources and Change Management, to facilitate change initiatives, improve team effectiveness, and/or customize culture sustainment programs for targeted implementation. 5. Facilitates program interventions (e.g., employee development, learning programs, etc.) in a credible, influential, logical, and engaging manner appropriate to the audience and the subject matter. 6. Applies multiple instructional design options and learning methodologies (e.g., classroom, online, blended, webinar, other) to create innovative learning solutions. Identifies external resources to develop and conduct training as needed. 7. Mentors department facilitators. Supports the development of other enterprise partners in employee and organizational development skills for greater impact across the enterprise. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Educational/Experience Level: Bachelor's degree in Organizational Behavior/Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Learning and Development or related field and six years of experience conducting OD interventions and providing internal consulting in multiple areas, including process consultation, team and employee development, performance management and leadership development; or equivalent. Master's degree preferred. Formal management experience and experience with organization/job design required. Experience leading large scale HR and/or change management projects preferred. Deep experience researching Employee/OD and HR related topics and preparing a detailed, yet succinct analysis of the findings including recommendations. Professional certification(s) for OD/HR professionals (CPLP, coaching, leadership development, performance consulting, career planning, employee engagement, or related) highly desired. Communication Skills: Requires the ability to communicate, persuade and/or influence internal and/or external customers at a high level such as senior management on matters of a technical and/or complex nature. Demonstrated partnering experience with HR leaders is essential. Numeric Skills: Requires the ability to perform analyses involving ratios, percentages and simple statistical methods. Computer Skills: Requires working knowledge of various software applications to create documents, reports and/or graphics.
