Lead the design, development, and implementation of Guidewire solutions, oversee project timelines, and ensure system quality. | Experience with Guidewire insurance software, project management skills, ability to customize and configure Guidewire modules, and stakeholder communication skills. | • Lead the technical team in the design, development, and implementation of Guidewire Policy Center solutions. • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful implementation and integration of Guidewire Claims Center. • Manage the customization and configuration of Guidewire Policy Center & Produce Engage to meet business requirements. • Work closely with business users, claims adjusters, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. • Ensure the quality and performance of the Guidewire Claims Center through rigorous testing and validation processes. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Guidewire Policy Center/Producer Engage issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
