In this role, you will partner with business teams, product/Project management, digital project leadership, development, validation, and operations to translate patient journey workflows into efficient, compliant, and scalable systems. Translate business needs and patient access workflows into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Gather and document requirements for key HUB activities such as enrollment, benefits verification, prior authorization, appeals, case management, financial assistance, and specialty pharmacy coordination. Create workflow diagrams, process maps, and data flow documentation to guide system design. Serve as a liaison between Business Stakeholders, Digital PMO, Product Management, Development, and Validation teams. Work extensively in Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, and requirement traceability. Provide functional expertise in Salesforce, especially Salesforce Health Cloud, to support patient services workflows. Contribute to integration planning with HUB ecosystem partners (eBV/ePA vendors, specialty pharmacies, copay vendors, EHR/EMR systems). Ensure all processes and documentation align with HIPAA, GDPR, PHIPA, and related privacy/security requirements. Collaborate with Validation to support UAT, system documentation, and regulatory compliance. Assist in defining KPIs such as PA turnaround time, time-to-therapy, and case progression metrics. Partner with reporting teams to ensure data alignment and operational visibility. What do you need for this position? 5+ years Business Analyst experience, including 3+ years in HUB services, patient access, or pharmaceutical support programs. Experience working with Salesforce (preferably Health Cloud) and Microsoft Azure DevOps. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies. Ability to document business processes, workflows, data mappings, and requirements. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Understanding of patient privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, PHIPA). Preferred Experience with reporting / analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). CRM integration experience within patient services environments. Familiarity with validated system environments (21 CFR Part 11) or GxP documentation. Call center or CSO operational knowledge. Role Description This role involves being the primary point of contact for field Sales Representatives and client District Managers, ensuring successful project delivery and achieving operational excellence to exceed client expectations. • Communicate with client contacts (District Managers) regularly (written and verbal) to provide and receive updates on project performance, gain feedback, and build relationships. • Supply direction to Sales Representatives on Territory Management, Expense Reporting, Time Tracking, Administrative tasks, HR and Benefits guidance. • Design and/or manage team business plans, KPI’s, employee development plans, monthly reports, and various client requests as scoped in the SOW. • Take accountability for profitability of project, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, Sales Fee Trackers, Attendance Trackers, Expense Analysis Trackers, and Team P&L Review. • Provide performance management for the Sales team when the need arises. • Ensure that Sales activities are in compliance with all regulations. • Organize employee training, conferences, and individual client meetings. • Arrange recruiting/interviewing of potential employees. • Attend client meetings, operational meetings, conferences, and other various commitments when needed. • Administrative management of Sales team. Qualifications • 4 year Degree from an accredited College or University. • Current or previous Sales Management experience within the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Industry. • 7+ years’ experience in roles requiring increased responsibilities for both managing direct report employees and operational execution of client contracts to exceed projected goals. • A practical understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. • Understanding of current industry climates including sales, potential opportunities, managed care environments, and competition. • Success leading internal and external teams over extended periods of time.
