The individual must reside anywhere on the East Coast. The senior-level digital media strategist who knows how to turn performance data into smarter media decisions. This role supports both client accounts and internal teams by analyzing results, optimizing campaigns, testing new ideas, and helping us stay ahead of platform and industry changes. You’ll work hands-on across search, paid social, programmatic, and analytics—partnering closely with internal media leads, account managers, vendors, and clients where applicable. This is not just a reporting or executional role; it’s for someone who can connect the dots, explain why performance looks the way it does, and clearly recommend what to do next. Experience & Qualifications ● 5+ years of experience in digital media strategy, performance marketing, or media analytics working for an Advertising Agency. ● Strong working knowledge of Meta, Google Ads (Search & Display), programmatic, and GA4. ● Proven experience with lead generation campaigns and SEM optimization. ● Knowledge of brick & mortar or hyperlocal retail advertising is a plus. ● Solid understanding of attribution models and performance measurement. ● Experience with programmatic platforms and emerging media channels is a plus. ● Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a broader team. ● Clear communicator with strong written and verbal skills ● Own monthly performance reporting for key accounts, turning campaign data into clear insights and recommendations. ● Analyze campaign performance across Meta, display, programmatic, SEM, and lead generation efforts. ● Help define, refine, and maintain attribution approaches on an ongoing basis. ● Connect website analytics (GA4) with platform data to show how media is driving real business outcomes. ● Deliver creative performance analysis, identifying what messaging and formats are working—and why. Optimization & Testing ● Provide weekly optimization recommendations across Meta, display, and paid search. ● Lead discussions around testing strategy, including: ○ Creative concepts and formats ○ Campaign structure and setup ○ Audiences, segmentation, and targeting approaches ● Participate in regular touchpoints with internal team members to review performance, plan next phase test strategies, and next steps. ● Monitor pacing, performance trends, and efficiency to ensure campaigns stay on track. Lead Generation Support ● Conduct SEM keyword analysis and optimization recommendations for lead generation clients. ● Identify which keywords, audiences, and tactics are driving the highest-quality leads. ● Support full-funnel lead generation strategies, from awareness through conversion. ● Help evaluate lead quality, not just volume. Platform R&D & Innovation ● Support platform research and development, including: ○ Advanced Meta capabilities (e.g., Andromeda) • TikTok media buying and emerging paid social opportunities • Programmatic platforms and tools beyond Google and Meta ● Oversee or support third-party platform integrations (e.g. attribution tools). ● Research and recommend optimization, automation, and AI-driven tools that help improve efficiency and scale. Strategy, Audits & Growth Support ● Support new business pitches with performance insights, channel recommendations, and media mix strategies. ● Conduct SEM and SEO audits to identify gaps, opportunities, and quick wins. ● Help shape media mix strategies that balance efficiency, scale, and testing. ● Partner with internal teams to bring a test-and-learn mindset to media planning. ● Turning complex data into clear, actionable insights. ● Explaining performance trends in a way that makes sense to both clients and internal teams. ● Balancing hands-on execution with higher-level strategic thinking. ● Managing multiple priorities without losing attention to detail. ● Staying curious and adaptable as platforms, algorithms, and best practices change. Support trading and operations by investing accounts, ensuring trade accuracy, analyzing performance, reconciling accounts, and producing reports. | Requires 2+ years in financial services trade operations, knowledge of securities industry, portfolio accounting and CRM software experience, and strong Microsoft Office skills. | The Trading Operations Analyst reports directly to the Trading Supervisor and will support the trading and operations team.
