Manage onboarding and operations for international accounts, ensure compliance, coordinate with internal departments, and resolve branch inquiries. | 4+ years in banking/wealth management back-office with international clients, bachelor's degree, bilingual English/Spanish, FINRA licenses preferred. | We are currently on the search for someone who carries experience with onboarding new accounts and conducting all operations related. This person will sit in a wealth management environment conducting back office operations. Responsibilities: • Facilitates the onboarding process for international clients, including individuals, complex corporate structures, and institutional investors, following established procedures. • Assists branch support and recruits in opening new accounts, ensuring all required documentation complies with jurisdictional legal opinions, which may involve detailed client and account reviews. • Maintains compliance by updating information on existing international accounts, including changes to addresses, phone numbers, and authorized individuals. • Coordinates with departments such as AML, Tax Reporting, and Legal to ensure documentation and data align with firm policies and procedures. • Provides informal guidance and training to support team members as needed. • Reviews and tracks daily reports related to new and existing international accounts. • Handles sensitive information with discretion, making informed decisions and offering solutions to complex situations. • Oversees and promptly resolves branch inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of client service. Qualifications: • 4+ years of experience working with new accounts and back-office operations with primarily international clients within a banking or wealth management. • Bachelor's degree in related field (Finance, Business Administration, Economics, etc.) • Bilingual - English & Spanish • FINRA licenses preferred but not required
