This is an embedded contractor role where you'll work directly with our client's team. This role sits at the intersection of program management and strategic analysis. You'll be driving cross-functional programs forward while digging into large datasets to inform business decisions and market opportunities. What You'll Do You'll manage the full lifecycle of complex programs, keeping stakeholders aligned and hitting deadlines across multiple time zones. Beyond project orchestration, you'll dive into financial modeling and market analysis to help size opportunities and shape strategy. Expect to work extensively in Google Sheets and SQL, pulling insights from global datasets and translating them into clear, compelling decks for leadership. You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams across business, product, and operations; Strong communication and the ability to distill complexity are essential. What We're Looking For • 5-10 years of experience in program management, business operations, consulting, or analytical roles • Strong analytical foundation: financial modeling, market sizing, comfort wrangling large, messy datasets • Technical skills: Advanced Google Workspace (especially Sheets), SQL proficiency • Program management fundamentals: stakeholder management, deadline-driven execution, ability to keep complex initiatives on track • Communication skills: Deck building, translating data into strategy, collaborating across functions • Consulting or business background preferred (marketing experience not required) • MBA not required Work Environment Fully remote contractor position, embedded with the client team. You'll be working with a global team supporting a fast-moving ecommerce product.

Manage program including stakeholder engagement, system migration, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting for LMS projects. | Minimum 2 years consulting experience, 3 years program/project management with LMS (preferably Docebo), aviation industry experience desired. | Description: Artemis is seeking a project manager consultant with Docebo learning management system and Xyleme learning content management system experience. The scope of this effort will include, but is not limited to, program management, stakeholder engagement, system migration, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting. LMS experience in the aviation/aviation safety industry is desired. Lead due diligence and risk assessment for small business investments, analyze financials and market trends, produce client-ready reports, and maintain compliance and confidentiality. | Minimum 3 years consulting or in-house strategy/operations experience with demonstrated due diligence and project management skills, advanced PowerPoint and Excel proficiency, strong communication, and ability to work remotely. | Description: • Artemis Connection is a strategic management consultancy working across the for-profit, public and social sectors. • We staff teams of strategy consultants to deliver impact through bespoke innovation, sales and marketing strategy, purpose-driven transformation, and embedded strategy and operations roles. • This role is for an Engagement Manager (equivalent to McKinsey Engagement Manager/BCG Project Leader/Bain Manager) to lead due diligence and risk assessment for small business investments. • Year-long remote project with potential up to two 12-month extensions. • Tasks: analyze financials, market trends, management teams, compliance, and risks; provide comprehensive reports with ratings and recommendations; maintain confidentiality, quality control, and compliance with small business regulations. • Engagement model: initially independent contractor for discrete client projects with potential to move to permanent employment after successful projects. Requirements: • Minimum 3 years Consulting experience, ideally from a top-tier firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain), though in-house strategy/operations experience also considered • Track record and demonstrated skills of performing due diligence / risk assessments • Demonstrated skills in project management required, ideally in a “case team” or “client service” type of environment • Demonstrated skills in effective communication, including ability to build senior client relationships and effective case team relationships, required • Commitment to producing high-quality, client-ready work, on tight timelines, required • Orientation toward being a proactive, curious team member • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel required, in order to coach other team members on these tools • Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree preferred • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, leading team members to collaborate in a way that ensures the best client and team experience • Willing to travel: client travel requests are typically light, as needed for client interactions.
