The Vice President, Digital Marketing & MarTech leads the firm’s digital transformation by shaping the MarTech roadmap and elevating the digital customer experience across web, email, and social channels. This role oversees the development and scaling of digital platforms for global audiences, advances marketing automation capabilities, and partners closely with Data and IT teams to create a connected, end‑to‑end customer journey. With a strong focus on optimizing digital performance and leveraging technology to drive measurable business outcomes, the VP plays a critical role in modernizing the firm’s marketing ecosystem and accelerating growth through digital innovation. How You Will Contribute: • Digital Transformation: Lead the development, launch and ongoing management of our website(s) and expanded Martech capabilities. • Digital Marketing: Lead a digital marketing function and work effectively with cross-functional teams and business partners to optimize performance. • MarTech Roadmap: Partner closely with Data and IT to deliver our MarTech roadmap and enhance the digital customer experience. Integrate marketing technology to streamline operations, support customer preferences, and enable data-driven decision-making. • Performance Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and continue to optimize performance. • Compliance: Partner closely with IT and Legal to maintain digital marketing compliance, manage and respect customer preferences, and enable relevant digital marketing communications. • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve digital marketing strategies and business outcomes. • Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of digital marketing initiatives and business priorities. • Data & IT Collaboration: Work closely with Data and IT teams to leverage market insights for strategic decision-making. • Support Marketing Initiatives: Support the broader marketing team by contributing to coordinated planning and department priorities. • Hands-on Leadership: Be a hands-on leader willing to dive into details and work alongside teammates to achieve goals. • Reporting and Measurement: Define and track digital marketing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Skills & Experience to Be Successful: • Experience leading digital marketing for a global organization within a highly regulated industry. Experience in the insurance or financial services industry (preferred) • Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing and marketing technology. • Experience building and leading scalable digital marketing teams across locations. • Experience with Dynamics 365, Power BI, Google Analytics, App Insights, various website platforms, content management systems, SEO, AEO, GEO, and attribution models. • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail. Pay Range $175,000 - $185,000 Annual The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
