The Role: The Operations Coordinator - Retail will support the daily execution of retail operations, with a focus on ensuring seamless order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency. This role acts as a key liaison between operations, retail, logistics, and warehouse (3PL) teams to guarantee that all retail activities run smoothly. The Operations Coordinator will assist in order flow improvements, data tracking, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective order management. Responsibilities: Order Processing & Fulfillment Manages overseas order processing team. Support the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Acknowledge EDI orders, monitor order flow, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with logistics partners. Addresses escalated customer inquiries or issues related to order fulfillment. Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and retail customers regarding order statuses and challenges Operational Support Coordinate daily retail operations, including reporting, scheduling, and workflow tracking. Assist in maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for retail and fulfillment processes. Assist with EDI integrations and order fulfillments in NetSuite. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with logistics and retail teams to resolve order-related issues. Communicate with retail 3PL to ensure smooth deliveries and returns. Support promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, and special projects as needed. Reporting & Analytics Prepare operational reports (order accuracy, fulfillment costs and times, returns). Track key performance indicators (OTIFs, MABDs, etc) and highlight trends for management review. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (preferred). 1–3 years in retail operations, supply chain, or administrative support. Experience with NetSuite required. EDI experience preferred Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required); familiarity with ERP/WMS/OMS systems a plus. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The Role: As ARMRA's retail footprint rapidly expands, so too does the complexity of retailer requirements, distributor processes, and the volume of performance data available to us. To keep pace, we are bringing on a Sr. Manager, Retail Operations & Insights to serve as the operational and analytical backbone of the Retail team. Behind every successful retailer launch and category win are dozens of operational details that must be executed with speed and precision. This team member will be the subject matter expert in retailer and distributor requirements, owning the workflows that keep our retail engine running - both internally and externally. By managing these processes with accuracy and consistency, and continually driving improvements, this team member ensures ARMRA's retail execution is seamless, compliant, and built to scale. Equally important, this team member will deliver clean, reliable access to retail performance data. By aggregating syndicated sources (SPINS, Nielsen, retailer POS feeds) into dashboards, scorecards, and reporting, they will provide the visibility needed for smarter planning and faster decision-making. With timely, actionable data at its fingertips, the business can confidently drive category storytelling, promotional planning, and commercial execution. Impact Across the Business • Retail Execution: Strengthened through accurate, on-time completion of item setup, portal updates, deductions, and compliance documentation. • GTM Strategy: Supported by reliable reporting and insights that inform launch plans, promotions, and category positioning. • Marketing: Enhanced with sharper visibility into category performance and competitive dynamics, ensuring activations and shopper programs are grounded in reliable insights. • Finance: Enabled with aligned, accurate tracking of deductions, chargebacks, and sell-through performance. Responsibilities: Operational Excellence & Process Improvement • Own daily retail operations processes, including item setup, portal management, compliance documentation, and distributor coordination. • Ensure speed, accuracy, and consistency across retailer and distributor requirements. • Identify and surface operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements that streamline workflows and scale with growth. Category Insights & Reporting • Collect, analyze, and report on syndicated and retailer data (SPINS, Nielsen, IRI, retailer POS). • Build dashboards and scorecards that track velocity, distribution, sell-through, and promotional effectiveness. • Provide reporting and insights that inform assortment, pricing, and promotional planning discussions. • Prepare category insight packages that support retailer conversations and internal planning. Promotional Strategy Support & Trade Spend Analysis • Partner with Finance to analyze deductions, chargebacks, and trade spend ROI. • Evaluate promotional calendars and shopper programs with data-backed insights. • Surface opportunities to improve trade spend efficiency and promotional effectiveness.
