Success in this role requires confidence, resilience, and the ability to clearly articulate ideas to both technical teams and executive stakeholders. Job Responsibilities Partner with business leaders and senior stakeholders to understand goals, challenges, and priorities. Independently elicit, document, and validate business requirements in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment. Translate complex requirements into clear functional specifications and partner with technology teams to deliver solutions. Manage competing priorities, define scope, and support planning while proactively identifying risks and gaps. Lead UAT and validation activities to ensure solutions meet business and quality standards. Create clear, engaging PowerPoint presentations and confidently present analysis, recommendations, and updates to executive audiences. Receive and act on direct, candid feedback while maintaining momentum and ownership of deliverables. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and drive recommendations forward without heavy oversight. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business analysis within transformation, consulting, or professional services environments. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation setting. Strong communication skills with the confidence to deliver and receive direct, candid feedback regularly. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint), Visio, and Smartsheet. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and process improvement frameworks. Preferred Qualifications Certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, Lean Six Sigma. Experience in Accounting or Financial Services industry.
