Hold full accountability for achieving financial, operational, and guest service objectives while creating and sustaining a best-in-class work environment. Develop and implement strategic training initiatives and provide leadership to all personnel to ensure consistent delivery of premium service that exceeds Food and Beverage standards and company policies and procedures. Direct and mentor the management team to achieve operational excellence and foster professional growth. Main Duties & Responsibilities: • Follow all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs. • Oversee food usage and verify and oversees reconciliation process for deliveries. • Resolve immediate customer concerns about food quality or service following company standards. • Maintain sanitation standards throughout shifts and complete required documentation. • Supervise staff during shifts to ensure health and safety standards and liquor regulations (where applicable) are followed according to state and local guidelines. • Complete shift-related paperwork, including forms and reports in a timely manner. • Monitor and report supply levels for tableware, cooking utensils and cleaning items. • Report maintenance and repair needs for equipment and facilities. • Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain security standards. • Provide feedback on team member performance. • Make employment and termination recommendation consistent with company guidelines • Monitor staff compliance with company dress code guidelines. • Assist with on-the-job training for new team members. • Monitor food preparation and methods to ensure compliance with brand and company specification and standards. • Forecast labor and staff schedule appropriately as business dictates in compliance with CBS if applicable. • Responsible for onboarding and continued development of associates assigned to their concept. • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor. Skills and Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent required. • 2+ years restaurant management. • Basic communication skills. • Ability to organize shift-level tasks. • Strong customer service skills. • Understanding of basic business patterns. • Ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce. • Familiarity with inventory management basics. • Emerging leadership ability and team motivation skills. • Basic understanding of sales, labor costs, and food costs. • Ability to work under pressure. • Able to work a flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays. Ensure proper training and supervision of all personnel during assigned shifts to deliver prompt, courteous service in a manner that complies with Food and Beverage standards and company policies and procedures. Main Duties & Responsibilities: • Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs for the concept. • Check quality standards upon delivery of food and beverage deliveries. • Assist in the ordering of concept supplies including food, beverage, smallware, chemicals and paper products. • Resolve customer complaints about food quality or service through company standards. • Maintain sanitation standards. Monitor actions of staff and customers to ensure that health and safety standards and liquor regulations (where applicable) are followed in adherence to state and local guidelines. • Follow proper record keeping adhering to Areas standards • Assists in the Preparation of all required paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules in an organized and timely manner. • Processing of invoices through the proper systems • Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and other services (as needed) • Maintain opening and closing procedures and security standards. • Advises concept manager to the performance of associates. • Ensure all employees are following the company dress code guidelines. • Monitor food preparation and methods to ensure compliance with brand and company specification and standards. • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor. Skills and Qualifications: • Minimum High School Diploma, some college preferred. • 1-2 years restaurant management experience. • Excellent communication skills. • Strong organizational skills • Strong customer service skills • Must be able to adapt to a diverse workforce. • Ability to assist leadership team in reaching organizational objectives and goals. • Basic understanding of P&L goals for the location including labor, sales, and COG.
