The Compensation Analyst is an individual contributor who supports compensation programs and ensures accurate data and job documentation across business units. This role partners with client-facing teams and works directly with business leaders in areas where compensation needs are more standardized and predictable. The analyst provides clear, actionable guidance, facilitates process execution, assists with market pricing, prepares compensation cycles, conducts audits, and contributes to special projects. By combining analytical rigor with approachable communication, the Compensation Analyst helps deliver effective solutions that align with organizational goals. Responsibilities: Lead the design and governance of foundational compensation processes, tools, and templates based on business needs and stakeholder input. Provide operational and analytical support to Compensation Partners, ensuring accurate execution of programs and processes. Analyze data trends and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Support execution of compensation programs and processes under general guidance. Validate data accuracy and identify discrepancies; recommend corrective actions. Conduct preliminary market pricing using survey data and summarize findings for review. Maintain the job catalog, update systems, and manage job descriptions within approved job architecture. Prepare standard reports and dashboards for HR and business leaders; highlight trends or anomalies and escalate insights to senior team members. Manage and prioritize compensation-related inquiries across communication channels to ensure timely resolution. Assist with job mapping and data migration during acquisitions or reorganizations. Pull survey data and submit survey participation; populate market pricing tools with survey results. Support data collection, mapping, and documentation for acquired entities; assist with system updates and communication materials during integration activities. Support documentation and system setup for new programs. Contribute to compensation-related special projects, including audits, system testing, and process improvement initiatives. Develop understanding of regulatory requirements across AWN’s operating regions. Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related, or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education. 2+ years of progressive compensation experience. Proficiency in market pricing methodologies, including survey data analysis, benchmarking, and interpretation of compensation trends. Understanding of business and industry factors that influence compensation decisions. General knowledge of legal regulations affecting compensation administration. Location Remote -- must be based in the greater St. Louis area About the Role The Enterprise Account Executive is a major contributor to Arctic Wolf fast-growth success who drives and quarterbacks new account acquisition in the small to medium enterprise market. Working with our SEs, channel, field events, customer success and sales development teams, the AE holds responsibility and accountability for achieving sales goals in the St. Louis area. Responsibilities Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas through a solid, measurable sales process while conducting detailed and professional sales campaign suited to the greater complexity of Enterprise opportunities. Identify net new Enterprise prospects in assigned territory through discovery calls, regular partner meetings, events, partner registrations and personal prospecting. Manage multiple sales cycles and customer priorities with 10-20 Enterprise sales opportunities each quarter while also navigating long-term strategic opportunities. Master competitive offerings and differentiation to focus on customer requirements and outcomes ensuring effective opportunity qualification and tactical positioning on sales campaigns, particularly focused on how AWN best serves the Enterprise customer. Collaborate with internal lead generation resources to establish pipeline of business and expand opportunities within the territory. Be the key person to build solid rapport with prospects while acting as the team quarterback to keep the sales process moving forward. This requires being the leading voice for internal collaboration. Lead weekly territory calls and establish strong lines of communication between pre-sales engineering, marketing, channel, inside sales and other business development resources. About the Role The Product Marketing Director is responsible for leading the messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for solutions across the Arctic Wolf Portfolio. The Director will focus on effectively marketing Arctic Wolf solutions while collaborating across Sales, Marketing, and Product Management teams. Responsibilities Cross Functional Leadership - Must work cross functionally to define the total value of the Arctic Wolf solution including positioning and packaging, vertical use cases and bundling, and then enable the organization to sell the solution and track progress. Partner with Pricing and packaging and the value team to drive the business value story for Arctic Wolf Customers. Messaging and Positioning- Must develop messaging and positioning to explain the total value of Arctic Wolf per industry vertical. Broad Cybersecurity Expertise - Must have a strong working knowledge of the security operations market to generate strategies for potential marketing campaigns encompassing the total value of the Arctic Wolf per solution or per industry Thought Leadership - Partner with Arctic Wolf’s marketing teams to develop the plan and to help identify how we tell our product and solution story through various forms of communication (blogs, whitepapers, videos, presentations, etc.) Solutions Marketing – Partner with demand gen and field marketing teams to build campaigns and revenue plays specific to verticals. Sales Enablement - Create and deliver messaging docs, pitch templates, playbooks, and partner with Sales Enablement to empower the sales team to go and win the business with a solutions approach. Who You Are Strong and broad knowledge of the cybersecurity industry, with an understanding of market dynamics and competitors. Proven ability to translate technical features into compelling customer benefits. Experience working with Sales and Marketing teams to deliver impactful marketing, and enablement tools and programs. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven marketing decisions. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Minimum Qualifications 8+ years of B2B software product marketing or solutions experience, including at least 3 years of product marketing experience with security operations solutions such as endpoint, MDR, incident response, SIEM, cloud security, network security, and security awareness training. 2–4 years of team leadership experience, with a proven ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams. Strong knowledge of the cybersecurity industry, with an understanding of market dynamics in security operations and competitors. Proven ability to translate technical features into compelling customer benefits. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. About the Role Lead the Strategy and manage activities with Regional Channel partners to identify and grow sales opportunities for AW. Lead the channel engagement strategy for the region. Responsibilities Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned Select Partner level account. Build a plan for partner enablement and training in assigned territory for key partner(s). Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources in order to meet partner performance objectives and partner’s expectations. Assume full responsibility for accurate sales forecasting by demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of sales cycle and update Salesforce accordingly. Meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue goals. Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, critical milestones (e.g., training certification) in conjunction with Distribution resources (sales, support, etc.). Manages potential channel conflict by fostering excellent communication internally and externally and through strict adherence to Arctic Wolf’s channel program guidelines.
