What You'll Do: Lead and manage manufacturing systems projects with a strong focus on ERP (e.g., SAP), MES, and digital technologies. Drive seamless integration of technology, automation, and process improvements to support manufacturing operations. Ensure successful delivery of small to complex programs through all phases of the project lifecycle. Manage tactical and strategic IT/CT projects across manufacturing, infrastructure, and enterprise systems, ensuring alignment with business goals. Lead the implementation and optimization of MES, ERP integrations, and manufacturing-related digital systems. Monitor system performance, analyze data and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality. Drive efficiency and standardization across manufacturing system workflows and configurations at multiple sites. Analyze system performance and manufacturing data to identify opportunities for automation, scalability, and process improvement. Coordinate system upgrades, migrations, and customizations with minimal impact to production. Act as a technical liaison between engineering, operations, quality, and external vendors. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, sprints, or kan-ban break-outs, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and risk assessments. Create collaborative partnerships and perform stakeholder management with customers, vendors and other teams to achieve project objectives. Track and manage scope, timeline, budget, quality, and stakeholder expectations across projects. Ensure deliverables such as project plans, communication plans, and risk registers are actively maintained and utilized. Adhere to company standards for release management, change control, and compliance. Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Project Management. What You’ll Do Build and maintain strong relationships across Archer teams, inclusive of suppliers, involved in the Inverter - Mechanicals and High Voltage Junction Box - Mechanicals subsystem development and operations. Act as the primary interface between Engineering, Program Management, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain on project deliverables, issues, and resolution for Engineering builds. Escalate to commercial or technical partners when required. Coordinate with Powertrain Program Managers on the product design and build schedule (design changes, quantity, sequencing, build configurations, validation requirements, and material availability). Build project task-based schedules and track/report milestone progress against the program management plan. Identify and manage project Risks, Issues and Opportunities to closure in partnership with Engineering leads and Powertrain Program Managers. Execute within project schedule and budget, tracking expenses and identifying cost-savings opportunities. Align with Design Engineering on revision control of what is being procured for Engineering Builds, support bill of materials (BOM) reviews and maintenance. Utilize configuration control and change management to maintain technical discipline of the program. Identify areas of improvement or gaps in current processes and develop strategies to promote efficiency and productivity. Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering. What you’ll do As a Staff Business Intelligence Engineer you will make those diverse data sources trusted, modeled and visualized so every team can move faster and smarter. • Design and code robust ELT/ETL pipelines in Python and SQL using Airflow or Prefect to integrate data from SAP, Salesforce, MES, PLM, sensor logs and more. • Develop intuitive dashboards and self-service reports in Sigma, Apache Superset and similar tools; evangelize data-visualization best practices. • Build and maintain dimensional and star schemas, data marts and semantic layers that serve analytics, reporting and GenAI workloads. • Optimize query performance and storage costs in Snowflake, Redshift, Trino and related lakehouse architectures (Parquet / Iceberg). • Collaborate with Finance, Manufacturing, Flight-Test, Supply-Chain and Engineering stakeholders to translate business questions into data models and metrics. • Implement data quality, lineage and governance (tests, SLAs, documentation, role-based access) to ensure trust and compliance. • Apply LLM / GenAI techniques—such as metadata enrichment, automated documentation and conversational analytics—to accelerate insight delivery. • Mentor analysts and engineers; lead design and code reviews; champion a culture of continuous improvement. What you need: • 10+ years in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering or Analytics Engineering roles. • BS or MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or similar. • Expert-level SQL plus strong Python; solid grasp of software engineering principles. • Depth in Sigma, Superset or Power BI, from data prep through interactive dashboards. • Proven success building and orchestrating pipelines with Airflow or Prefect at scale. • Hands-on experience modeling and querying data in Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, BigQuery or Trino/Presto. • Familiarity with manufacturing, finance or supply-chain data (SAP, Salesforce, MES, ERP schemas). • Understanding of time-series / telemetry concepts and how to harmonize them with enterprise data. • Strong communication skills; comfort translating business requirements into technical designs and vice-versa. Bonus Requirements • Experience with dbt, Airbyte, Looker/LookML or semantic-layer tooling. • Knowledge of streaming frameworks (Kafka, Spark Structured Streaming, Flink). • Exposure to Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS analytics services (Glue, Lake Formation). • Background in aerospace, automotive or other highly regulated industries. We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $163,200.00 - $204,000.00.
