What You’ll Do: We are seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to advise and drive engineering teams as part of Archer’s Air Vehicle Integration Program. This role will be responsible for driving deliverables for Archer’s vehicle architecture across systems engineering teams, including schedule and resource planning, risk management, and systems integration. The position requires understanding of complex product development programs and experience with various systems, technologies and suppliers in aerospace. Lead and scale People Analytics strategy, optimize HR systems, and translate data into organizational insights. | 8+ years in People Analytics or HRIS, deep expertise in HR systems like Workday, strong analytics tools skills, and experience influencing senior leadership. | The Head of People Analytics & Systems will serve as a strategic and hands-on leader, driving how Archer uses data and systems to make workforce decisions that power our growth. You'll partner closely with People, HRIS, Finance, and Business leaders to identify opportunities, anticipate trends, and translate insights into action. You'll inherit a strong analytics foundation, working alongside an experienced team member who has already established key reporting and systems processes. Your role is to elevate and scale, not to build from scratch, by bringing strong business acumen, systems expertise, and strategic leadership that ties people data directly to organizational outcomes. This role requires someone who can see the big picture, understand systems end-to-end, and roll up their sleeves in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment. What You'll Do: • Lead and enhance Archer's People Analytics strategy, with a strong focus on HR systems integration, data structure, and scalability. • Partner with our HRIS and People Operations teams to optimize Workday configurations, reporting, and data flows across the employee lifecycle. • Drive the design and maintenance of executive-level dashboards that bring together data from Workday, ATS, engagement platforms, and other systems. • Ensure data governance, quality, and consistency across all People systems and analytics tools. • Translate complex data into clear, compelling business insights that help senior leaders make informed decisions. • Collaborate with Finance, HRBPs, and Talent Acquisition on headcount planning, organizational design, and workforce forecasting. • Coach and partner with the existing analytics team member to scale capabilities, automation, and insights across the People function. • Operate as a player-coach, comfortable toggling between strategy, systems, and hands-on analytics. What You Need: • 8+ years in People Analytics, HRIS, Workforce Planning, or HR Strategy, with meaningful experience working directly with HR systems. • Deep expertise in HRIS platforms (Workday strongly preferred) - including reporting, data structures, dashboards, and data governance. • Strong technical skills with analytics tools such as Visier, Tableau, Power BI, or comparable platforms. • Strong business acumen and proven ability to connect people data to organizational performance and strategy. • Experience influencing and partnering with senior leaders, translating data into clear decisions. • Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, evolving environments where structure is still being built. • A hands-on, player-coach leadership style that balances vision with execution. What you’ll do As a Staff Business Intelligence Engineer you will make those diverse data sources trusted, modeled and visualized so every team can move faster and smarter. • Design and code robust ELT/ETL pipelines in Python and SQL using Airflow or Prefect to integrate data from SAP, Salesforce, MES, PLM, sensor logs and more. • Develop intuitive dashboards and self-service reports in Sigma, Apache Superset and similar tools; evangelize data-visualization best practices. • Build and maintain dimensional and star schemas, data marts and semantic layers that serve analytics, reporting and GenAI workloads. • Optimize query performance and storage costs in Snowflake, Redshift, Trino and related lakehouse architectures (Parquet / Iceberg). • Collaborate with Finance, Manufacturing, Flight-Test, Supply-Chain and Engineering stakeholders to translate business questions into data models and metrics. • Implement data quality, lineage and governance (tests, SLAs, documentation, role-based access) to ensure trust and compliance. • Apply LLM / GenAI techniques—such as metadata enrichment, automated documentation and conversational analytics—to accelerate insight delivery. • Mentor analysts and engineers; lead design and code reviews; champion a culture of continuous improvement. What you need: • 10+ years in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering or Analytics Engineering roles. • BS or MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or similar. • Expert-level SQL plus strong Python; solid grasp of software engineering principles. • Depth in Sigma, Superset or Power BI, from data prep through interactive dashboards. • Proven success building and orchestrating pipelines with Airflow or Prefect at scale. • Hands-on experience modeling and querying data in Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, BigQuery or Trino/Presto. • Familiarity with manufacturing, finance or supply-chain data (SAP, Salesforce, MES, ERP schemas). • Understanding of time-series / telemetry concepts and how to harmonize them with enterprise data. • Strong communication skills; comfort translating business requirements into technical designs and vice-versa.
