Lead design, implementation, and support of SAP Service and Asset Management modules, manage service lifecycle and asset lifecycle, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide SAP best practice guidance. | 6+ years of SAP Service Management or Asset Management experience with strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA functionalities, configuration skills, and excellent communication. | Role: SAP Service and Asset Manager Location: Iowa (Remote with travel needed) Duration: 12 month We are looking for an experienced SAP Service and Asset Manager to manage and optimize SAP-based service management and asset management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Service Management, Plant Maintenance (PM), or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) modules, with a strong understanding of business processes related to maintenance, service delivery, and asset lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP Service Management (SM) and Asset Management (AM/EAM/PM) modules. • Manage end-to-end service lifecycle processes, including service contracts, service orders, and maintenance plans. • Oversee asset lifecycle management—from acquisition and deployment to retirement—ensuring optimal asset utilization. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional SAP solutions. • Integrate SAP Service and Asset Management with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and FI/CO. • Provide guidance on SAP best practices, process improvements, and system optimizations. • Manage configuration, testing, training, and documentation activities. • Support data migration, upgrades, and system enhancements. Required Skills and Experience: • 6+ years of experience in SAP Service Management (SM), Plant Maintenance (PM), or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Service and Asset Management functionalities. • Experience with service notifications, service contracts, work orders, preventive maintenance, and asset tracking. • Good understanding of integration points with MM, SD, and FI/CO modules. • Hands-on experience with configuration, troubleshooting, and end-user support. • Excellent analytical, communication, and client-interaction skills. Preferred Qualifications: • SAP S/4HANA certification in Service Management or Asset Management. • Experience with SAP Fiori Apps related to service and asset management. • Exposure to mobility solutions and IoT integration for asset monitoring.
