Your role, as a Client Service Associate, is to enhance the client experience by servicing clients and providing operational and administrative support to Financial Advisors. Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for an Intuit Client Success Senior Associate to join their dynamic team. Position Responsibilities: • Serve as the trusted advisor for high-value clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met. • Provide expert phone and chat support for QuickBooks Online, resolving complex issues quickly and effectively. • Own the full incident process-identify, document, and resolve issues in collaboration with internal teams. • Track recurring issues and provide data-driven recommendations to improve the client and product experience. • Proactively check in with clients, gather feedback, and drive retention and satisfaction. • Manage customer-specific initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes. • Monitor and improve key performance metrics tied to customer success, efficiency, and satisfaction. Qualifications: • 1+ year in a client-facing role (SaaS, FinTech, or accounting preferred). • QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification preferred; strong QuickBooks Online knowledge required. • Accounting/finance background a plus. • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Proven ability to build client relationships and manage multiple priorities. • Dependable, adaptable, and committed to customer success. $85,000 - $110,000 a year The salary range for this opportunity is stated above. As such, an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of the range, and in certain circumstances, may wind up being outside of the listed salary range.
