Manage and service a book of personal lines insurance business including new and renewal marketing, client retention, and acting as liaison between clients and insurance carriers. | Active P&C insurance license, proven insurance agency account management experience, high school diploma required with preference for B.A./B.S., and preferred insurance designations like CISR or CIC. | Amazing opportunity! This is a fully remote role. However, we are looking for someone from the RI/MA/CT area, ideally within 1 hour driving distance from our office in Greenville, RI. Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Disability Insurance Retirement Plan Health Insurance Hands on Training Vision Insurance Life Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Work from Home Responsibilities • The Personal Lines Account Manager will perform the essential duties of servicing a book of business, including new and renewal marketing and placement. • The ability to cultivate new business with both existing and new accounts is also a critical function of this position. • The individual who fills this position is the Personal Lines link between the company, clients/prospects and the multiple insurance carriers represented by the company. • Foster strong relationships with our clients to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty. Requirements • Must have an active P&C insurance license. • High school diploma required; B.A./B.S. degree preferred. • Proven insurance agency Account Management and independent P&C insurance brokerage required. • CISR, CIC, CPCU, AAI, AIS or similar designations are preferred. • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. • Confident, self-starter who works well independently. • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
