Requirements • Must have an active P&C insurance license. • High school diploma required; B.A./B.S. degree preferred. • Proven insurance agency Account Management and independent P&C insurance brokerage required. • CISR, CIC, CPCU, AAI, AIS or similar designations are preferred. • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. • Confident, self-starter who works well independently. • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
