The Hardware Technology team is looking for a highly organized, independently motivated, resourceful individual with the ability to prioritize and excel in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a team player, with a friendly can-do attitude. DESCRIPTION This position supports a Sr. Director's calendar and their expansive engineering teams located onsite and possibly outside of your immediate location at Apple. You will partner with other Admins on day-to-day tasks and providing coverage as needed. An individual with a high level of integrity, good judgement, who can remain calm and flexible as they adjust to constantly evolving business needs, and who has a good sense of humor are some of the key traits of the role. The ideal candidate will excel at staying ahead of the curve by anticipating challenges and proactively addressing them before they arise. The goal is to ensure the team's needs are met and problems are solved before they become obstacles. As a collaborator with a friendly can-do attitude, you will be working closely with finance and other related teams to assure smoothly operating systems under tight time constraints to secure goods and contract services. You'll be responsible for travel arrangements, equipment inventory, office supply ordering and facilities coordination. You'll also be engaged in ongoing projects such as event planning and new hire onboarding. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years of previous administration or equivalent work experience Experience managing various projects and events from conception to completion This role can require in-office presence up to 5 days a week PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience managing complex calendars at an executive level High proficiency with a variety of applications such as Apple Calendar, Keynote, Pages, Slack, Quip, and Excel/Numbers Ability to work well independently or collaboratively as needed Experience working in a high dynamic environment supporting a large group Exceptionally proactive self-starter with phenomenal attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness Strong written and verbal communication skills; have the ability to exercise tact, discretion and the initiative to efficiently meet the demands of all groups within the team.
