Develop and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies, and collaborate with teams to manage complex data projects. | Requires 4+ years of experience in application development with specific skills in C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and Azure DevOps, along with excellent communication skills. | Title: Journey Level App/Dev Location: Washington Job Description: Work Schedule, Location & Travel Expectations The following expectations on work schedule, work location, and travel expectations: • Monday through Friday or Monday through Thursday, up to forty (40) hours per week with some options for flex schedule but ensuring at least six hours a day align with WSDOT's standard operating hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 PM Pacific Standard Time or Monday through Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 PM Pacific Standard Time. • Work remotely from the candidate's home office within the United States. • Occasional travel to other WSDOT locations may be required (this travel will be reimbursable in alignment with current state and agency travel policies). Mandatory & Desirable Knowledge and/or Skills Mandatory: • 4+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience developing applications • 4+ years of experience developing applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC architecture pattern, and Entity Framework • 4+ years of experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, Reporting Services • Experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS • Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio IDE • Experience using/knowledge of Azure DevOps including source control, code review, build and release pipelines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Desirable: • Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field • Experience with Microsoft Access and VBA • Experience / understanding of ETL such as SSIS • Experience developing with jQuery, Knockout, Bootstrap or Vue.js • Knowledge of Esri ArcGIS • Ability to successfully work independently and in a team environment • Proven track record of organizing and managing complex data projects from planning through execution • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail • Excellent documentation and organizational skills
Lead and manage complex technology projects across people, processes, and technology ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while coordinating resources and managing client relationships. | 5+ years managing complex technology projects in financial services or similar, strong leadership and coordination skills, experience with project financials, and preferably knowledge of Adobe digital marketing products. | o Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND -5+ years of total relevant work experience o Experience running large-scale multi-discipline efforts across people, processes, and technology within complex financial services organizations o Applies technical expertise to lead a wide array of activities associated with planning and managing highly complex technology projects. Ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client specifications. o Allocates and coordinates work for larger, more complex projects or a technology program that is composed of several substantive projects. o Manages and oversees project management activities such as project reporting, project planning, issue/risk identification and tracking, scope management, estimation, internal client management, relationship management, and other project documentation preparation and turnover to production for technology projects of high complexity. o Oversees multiple application projects, directs and coordinates all work performed, and manages competing priorities. o Develops the budget and statement of work, including project justification and plan for more complex technology projects. Defines roles and responsibilities of the project team. Responsible for monitoring project financials and updates plans with accurate, up-to-date information in a timely manner. Follows financial standards and processes (e.g., monthly external revenue accruals, procurement, and external payments). o Coordinate's business SMEs and engineers to ensure project is appropriately staffed and resources are properly aligned and managed. Maintains regular contact with internal clients and coordinates and reports on project progress and accomplishments. o Works with all required functions and groups to effectively plan and execute the project. o Formulates operational strategies/tactics at the portfolio level and successfully executes against them o Manages communication with business leaders at a detailed functional level and discusses/resolves issues. Manages client expectations and ensures project delivery. o Maintains a wide, active network across the enterprise, and knows when to engage/activate it o Actively contributes to the Technology Project Management community of practice, sharing advice & knowledge o Other duties as assigned Experience with the following specific Technologies/Products is a plus: o Experience working on digital projects with frameworks such as Adobe Campaign and Adobe Experience Platform o Knowledge of related Adobe products including Analytics, Target, Adobe Experience Manager, and how the Adobe products work together in the eco-system.
