Develop, perform, and oversee clinical consulting workstreams, such as vendor evaluations and RFPs, care management and utilization reviews, integrated care model assessments, and specialty program evaluations (e.g., mental health, chronic conditions, navigation, virtual care). Use analytics to create scalable, evidence-based solutions, identify clinical gaps, evaluate vendor effectiveness, measuring outcomes, and designing interventions that improve health and productivity while impacting employer cost trends. Partner across internal and external stakeholdersto design new products, clinical tools, and market-ready solutions; support go-to-market activities; and contribute to thought leadership through articles, white papers, and speaking engagements. Provide people leadership and mentorship, supporting the development of HTT colleagues and fostering cross-practice collaboration to deliver integrated, enterprise-wide clinical solutions. As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive team and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed What the day will look like • Lead and mentor front-end engineers and contractors’ heavy teams, providing structure, guidance and delivery oversight. • Contribute directly to coding, design reviews, debugging and setting standards for engineering excellence. • Support 2026 delivery deadlines by ensuring digital application meeting security and compliance requirements. • Drive modernization and migration efforts from legacy platforms to scalable modern frameworks. • Champion test automation, CI/CD pipelines, SDLC best practices and engineering standards to mature delivery practices • Partner with Product and Design to deliver customer-facing B2B and B2C solutions in an Agile/DevOps environment. • Stabilize existing delivery while working with Product to identify opportunities for innovation and velocity improvements Skills And Experience • 7+ years of front-end software engineering experience with at least 3+ years managing and mentoring engineering teams • Strong hands-on expertise with React, Angular, Bootstrap, Salesforce Lightning, Adobe Experience Manger or similar frameworks • Proven track record of delivery large-scale digital products with measurable customer impact • Experience leading delivery in contract-heavy team structures and building permanent team models. • Strong understanding of Agile delivery, DevOps practices, test automation, CI/CD, and SDLC maturity • Proven track record driving modernization efforts and legacy migrations to modern digital platforms. • Experience applying engineering metrics (e.g., DORA) and OKRs to improve delivery, predictability, and quality. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Design, and back-end engineering teams. Preferred Qualifications • Mater degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field • Familiarity with low-code platforms such as Unqork and enterprise CMS platforms ( Kentico, SalesForce). • Experience in regulated industries such as insurance or financial services • Background partnering with Product to balance stability with innovation in delivery environments. • Exposure to data analytics, business intelligence tools or modernization of complex ecosystems. Pay Transparency Laws The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $136,000 - $180,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
