Role Overview ANTHEMIC is seeking a Senior Producer with deep expertise in soccer culture and live event production to lead the development and execution of 4-5 experiential pop-ups in key cities across the U.S. for a global sportswear brand. This role serves as the primary day-to-day production owner, responsible for turning creative concepts into scalable, executable programs delivered on strategy, on time and on budget. The Senior Producer partners closely with Head of Production, Account, Creative, and Client teams, to ensure operational success, financial oversight, and consistency across markets. Success in this role requires leadership under pressure, confident decision-making onsite, strong budget acumen for a $5M-$8M budget, ability to lead and partner with cross-functional teams throughout fast-paced timelines and evolving client and vendor needs. What You’ll Own:Program & Production Leadership (Experiential Pop-Up Execution) • Lead end-to-end production of soccer and sports-focused experiential activations, including multi-city pop-up programs, community engagement moments, and fan-facing experiences. • * Take the lead onsite, making real-time calls to keep activations safe and on track without unnecessary escalation. • Act as senior production lead across all project phases: concept feasibility, production planning, vendor coordination, onsite execution, and post-event wrap across 4–5 key cities, ensuring each activation is delivered with consistent quality while adapting to local venue, permitting, and operational realities. • * Project Development & Scoping • Partner with Head of Production, Account, and Creative leads to scope project goals, deliverables, staffing, schedules, and production approach. • * Translate creative concepts into executable production plans, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and operational solutions. • * Support concept pitches and proposals by weighing in on production strategy, staffing needs, timelines and budget ranges. • Budget Ownership & Financial Management • Manage day-to-day oversight of pre-approved production budget, closely tracking forecasts, actuals and scope changes while proactively identifying risks and opportunities to ensure financial accuracy and seamless program delivery across all markets. • * Proactively flag budget risks, tradeoffs, and opportunities, escalating major financial decisions or scope impacts to Head of Production as needed. • * Support vendor relationships, negotiate costs and ensure production decisions align with client expectations and internal budget margins. • Timeline & Operational Planning • Develop and maintain comprehensive production timelines including milestones, deadlines, dependencies, and staffing plans. • * Ensure internal teams and external partners are aligned on timelines, responsibilities, and delivery expectations. • * Anticipate challenges and develop contingency plans in partnership with Executive Producer to mitigate operational risk. • Vendor & Partner Management • Support and manage vendor partners across fabrication, scenic, staffing, AV, logistics, permitting, security, transportation, and venue operations. • * Build a reliable national vendor network to support repeatable tour execution across multiple cities. • * Manage contracts, insurance requirements, COIs, and vendor deliverables in coordination with internal stakeholders. • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Client Communication • Collaborate daily with internal program teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless production workflow. • * Maintain clear communication with Head of Production, Account/Client Services to support client expectations, approvals, and real-time updates. • * Participate in client calls as a production expert, providing confident guidance on feasibility, timeline, and operational best practices. • Team Leadership & Resource Management • Lead and delegate across internal teams, freelance producers, and onsite staff, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly defined. • * Forecast staffing needs and bandwidth across multiple projects and travel schedules. • * Mentor junior producers and coordinators, supporting skill development and elevating production excellence across the team. • Process Improvement & Best Practices • Demonstrate passion for improving systems, templates, and production processes that increase efficiency and reduce risk. • * Develop repeatable tour playbooks (run of show templates, staffing plans, vendor checklists, site plan requirements, etc.). • * Research and share practical solutions for production roadblocks, evolving venue restrictions, and operational challenges. • Post-Event Reporting & Wrap • Lead post-event wrap including reconciliations, vendor closeout, internal recaps, and lessons learned. • * Track and report on key project metrics (budget adherence, timelines, vendor performance, operational outcomes). • * Contribute insights and recommendations to improve future city stops and repeat programs. • What Success Looks Like • High-quality culturally authentic soccer/sports activations delivered consistently across markets • Confident management of multiple city Improved production systems that elevate team efficiency and output What We’re Looking For: • 8-10+ years of experience in experiential, event, or live production, environments • Proven experience producing sports-focused activations (soccer strongly preferred) • Demonstrated ownership of complex multiple-market programs • Strong budget management experience, including forecasting, reconciliation, and scope control • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a confident client-facing presence • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven and comfortable making decisions in fast-paced environments • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Bonus tools: Notion, Airtable, Asana, Monday, Smartsheet, Dropbox Bonus Experience • Background in soccer culture (playing, coaching, professional involvement, or deep industry knowledge) • Experience with city permitting, public-facing activations, and venue operations • Familiarity with sponsorship deliverables and brand partnerships • Have built touring playbooks or managed repeatable programs at scale • Experience managing freelancers, onsite teams, and vendor crews Expectations • Ability to travel frequently and work weekends/non-traditional hours • Comfort managing live production environments, including load-in/out • * Ability to lift/move up to ~25-50
