Job Summary The Logistics Coordinator will support the logistics (transportation and unloading) of final assembly manufacturing projects from our plant in Dallas, Texas to locations across the country. This position will assist the Crown Team in the critical tasks related to coordinating transport and transport documentation, while complying with state and local regulations. What a typical day looks like: Coordinates truckload transports and shipments for final assembly products, including low-voltage switchgear and relay and control panels. Prepare required documentation for transport and shipments. Coordinates unloading services at customer sites. Works closely with internal departments (ex. project management, engineering, etc.) to align logistical activities. Ensures transport and unloads are made according to safety policies and procedures; verify trucking company has proper equipment to make transport. Assists with estimating costs for transportation and unloading services. Assess best methods, coordinate with transportation suppliers, develop recommendations, and provide field coordination between clients, carriers, and other stakeholders. Responsible for scheduling the pickup and delivery of loads. Track, monitor, and provide updates for the status of shipments, as needed. Support the continuous improvement of transportation and logistics related processes identified through lessons learned exercises. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, carriers, and suppliers to facilitate smooth logistics operations and address any issues that arise. Performs other related duties as assigned. The experience we’re looking to add to our team: Associate’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or related field required OR equivalent combination of education and experience. At least 3 to 5 years in the transportation industry required. What the physical requirements are: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift to fifteen pounds at times. Must be able to travel the production floor as needed. May be required to complete job site visits. Reporting to the Global Product Line Director - Prefabricated Modular Solutions and Busway the Product Manager – Modular will be responsible for P&L analysis, customer engagement, market strategy, pricing recommendations, operational excellence, and R&D input, with a strong emphasis on compliance with UL, NEC, and other relevant U.S. standards. What a typical day looks like: Develop and recommend product line strategies tailored to Data Center market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements Identify and assess new business opportunities, including partnerships and channels, to expand market presence. Work closely with sales, marketing, engineering, operations, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery. Support the execution of go-to-market plans and product launches Establish customer relationships to align to customer needs and business challenges Monitor and analyze P&L performance for the Modular Product Line in U.S., providing insights and recommendations to maximize profitability and growth in our go to market approach. Prepare business cases and financial models to support investment decisions in product development, engineering. Provide market insights and voice of the customer to inform product development, pricing, and positioning. Collaborate with marketing partners as a subject matter expert while providing product and market content to drive brand awareness and product line growth. Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to define product requirements and prioritize features based on market needs. Develop and own product roadmap(s) for your region. Contribute to the development of innovative, sustainable solutions that meet or exceed U.S. regulatory standards (UL, NEC, IBC, NFPA, etc.) Advocate for sustainability and ESG initiatives, ensuring products align with U.S.-specific environmental and regulatory standards. Stay informed on evolving compliance requirements and industry best practice. The experience we’re looking to add to our team, Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field required, MS or MBA preferred Minimal 5-10 Years experience in product management, or a related field, ideally in prefabricated modular data center or critical power solutions Demonstrated experience in P&L analysis, strategic planning, and business case development. Strong understanding of U.S. and Global data center market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and industry standards. Experience supporting sustainability initiatives and ESG implementation Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills Experience with hyperscale and colocation markets preferred Willingness to travel within U.S. and rest of world.
