We’re looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Digital Ads Specialist to join our performance marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who loves strategy just as much as execution—an individual who thrives in data, optimizations, and ad platforms, but can also write compelling copy that converts.You’ll be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and more. You’ll also analyze performance, report results, and work alongside our creative and strategy teams to ensure every campaign supports our clients' goals.Key Responsibilities: Develop, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Facebook/Instagram (Meta), and LinkedIn.Help write and optimize high-converting ad copy tailored to each platform and audience.Set up conversion tracking using tools such as Google Tag Manager and (Anntoine’s Conversion Tracker).Monitor campaign performance and implement real-time optimizations to improve ROI.Generate performance reports using tools like Agency Analytics and provide actionable insights.Collaborate with content and design teams to align messaging, creative assets, and landing page experiences.Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.Test new campaign types, placements, and targeting strategies to continually drive growth.Assist in digital media buy planning and placement beyond paid search and social, including OTT, local media, or programmatic when needed.Preferred (but not required) Experience With: Agency Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4)SEMrush (for competitive research and keyword planning)Basic familiarity with Canva, Webflow, or other creative tools is a plusYou’re a Great Fit If You: Have 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns (agency experience strongly preferred)Are a strong writer who can craft ad copyHave a strategic mindset and understand how to align campaigns with overall business goalsKnow your way around performance metrics like CTR, CPC, ROAS, and can make decisions based on dataCan work independently but collaborate well in a team environmentLove solving problems and testing new ideas in a fast-paced digital landscapeBenefits Include: Dental, vision, health, and life insuranceGym membership reimbursementPaid time off + holidaysParental leaveTeam-building events and culture-focused perksHybrid schedule option with opportunity to work from home 2–3 days per weekRequirements: Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Google, Meta, or similar platforms.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail when reporting and optimizing.Ability to communicate campaign strategies and results clearly to clients and internal teams.Comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative environment that values initiative and accountability.If you're a creative problem-solver who thrives in performance-driven marketing, we'd love to hear from you.
