In General Medicines, you’ll help drive meaningful outcomes in diabetes, transplant, and immunology - with the scale and urgency patients deserve. The Strategic Account Management (SAM) team supports Sanofi’s largest and most complex customers. Tzield SAMs help accounts navigate the operational and logistical aspects of the Tzield end-to-end patient journey (e.g. administration and infusion process). This role helps connect key stakeholders within accounts to enable them to make decisions and implement solutions for Tzield administration. SAMs will develop a deep understanding of assigned accounts and identify account-specific gaps that impact Tzield utilization/access for internal business planning purposes. This role will then collaborate with Sanofi stakeholders to see where appropriate support could be provided. When communicating with accounts, the SAM will educate on clear requirements for integrating Tzield into operations, and for effective cross department collaboration to enhance the Tzield patient experience. Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives.  Main Responsibilities • Educate stakeholders on operational aspects of Tzield administration and integration (sharing best practices as necessary) to align on needed resources and share best practices regarding internal pathways/processes most appropriate for Tzield utilization, and internal pathways/processes. • Share insights and best practices from publicly available resources to support infrastructure planning for Tzield. • Develop a deep understanding of each account’s T1D care landscape, including screening, evaluation, and treatment logistics. • Collaborate with Sanofi teams to create and execute strategic account plans to ensure comprehensive account support and help establish the account as an effective site of care. About You Qualifications • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred • Broad understanding of healthcare business, with proven track record of C- and D-suite engagement • 5+ years of field sales or account management experience • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills • Robust business acumen and ability to develop and execute strategic plans • Have a valid driver’s license • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time to customers, conventions, training, and other internal meetings.
