Responsibilities: Requirements Management: Elicit, analyze, and document complex business and technical requirements from various stakeholders to support data integration and reporting initiatives. ETL Operations Support: Collaborate with data engineering teams to define, test, and validate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from disparate sources (e.g., EHRs, claims data, clinical systems) into the enterprise data warehouse. Data Modeling and Database Design: Support the design of data models and database structures, including defining primary keys, indexing strategies, and normalization, to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval. SQL Development Support: Provide specifications and assist in the creation, maintenance, and optimization of SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts used for data analysis and reporting.
